I was highly impressed by the customer experience Juan provided us while addressing a giant root ball ~50" down our home pipes as discovered during our home inspection. Although our home inspection originally identified only one root ball ~50+ feet down the line, Juan identified and addressed several others that he found as he continued down and through to the city's main connection. In addition to being a strong communicator, Juan was efficient, courteous, honest, and most importantly - professional. I appreciated how he took the time to let us know when he was on the way as well as the very respectful approach he took in communicating his expertise on the subject to both my fiance and me regarding our pipes. The invoice following our rootball removal provided helpful notes and Juan made himself available to educate us on future recommendations / concerns he had to ensure we continue to properly maintain the pipes to our home for the years to come. Additionally, the invoice also contained the details on the work done and a video link of the entire scope paired with audio play by play so we could understand and follow along to the work that completed. Juan was responsive and professional. He did a sewer inspection on a property we were looking to buy. He showed up did his job before we even got there, we saw him leave right as we pulled up.
