He's very friendly, patient, sympathetic, and listens well. He's prompt, so there is no sitting in a waiting room for an hour. When I had to decide on surgery last year, he explained every step of the procedure, the cost, the time I would be under anesthesia, possible complications, recovery, and when I would be back to "normal." I'm too old for normal. Anyway, he warned that he's conservative with Achilles repair. Others might say recovery is six weeks, but he gives it seven to eight weeks. After hearing the horror story (not told by the doctor) of a marathoner who insisted on just five weeks of recovery, I deeply appreciate his caution. I know he spoke with my husband after surgery, and it must have been thorough because my husband knew everything that was happening to me before I did, including excessive thirst. Another amazing thing about this office is that when my husband was laid off at the beginning of the pandemic, they didn't hound me to pay my bill. They didn't send a bill collector or wreck my credit. They were wonderful about it. Elizabeth and Tonya are fun and laugh at my jokes. It's unusual to have everyone in a doctor's office be nice and personable, but this small group of people gets along with each other and with patients very well. I highly recommend Dr. Tim Snyder at Associated Foot Clinic in Lake Orion. He's a great doctor who will help you get back on your feet (bah-dum-tiss!).
