Then he REALLY just jacked my hair up by cutting it so short after I REPEATEDLY told him your going to short. All I wanted was my split ends cut no shaping, texturing, layering etc. I asked the owner for a refund which he refused and said they can only offer me to let someone else cut my hair first thing is I am not stupid enough to let them mess up my hair for a 3rd time second thing my hair was cut SO short there was no fixing it, my only option was I had to go spend $400 on hair extensions... just now 3 months later my hair is now Long enough to put in a ponytail.. I attached photos to show the damage caused by the blow dryer mind you I asked for just trim to cut my split ends so how my hair got four inches short is beyond me. I used to have long hair for this reason but on memorial day I was near this Salon and decided to go inside it was packed with all the barbers busy in cutting. I put my name in and waited for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes before I was on the seat to the best or one of the best hair cutting professional Mr. Younis. I told him what I want and showed him a sample hair cut picture and telling you honestly the hair cut was done to its height and perfectly trimmed with no errors. So I went to this place after my barber messed up & Abdul cleaned up my beard and neck real nice with a blade. $15 plus a little shampoo and conditioning after, I'll definitely be back soon he said 2 weeks but giving the global/local situation it might be a few more. Overall I was satisfied, one small thing that made a huge difference was the clean up after the clean up. I was able to go straight to a wedding because I left with no small hairs behind my ears or down my neck which was a big plus for me. I've been going here for three years and I have probably had 10 different people cut my hair. You can't beat the value balanced with short weight times and more than enough staff. But today was my final time there. It's sad that one person ruins it for everyone else but when you tell them that you want to keep your length and remind them and they give you a regular school boy haircut so fast that you can't even stop them from making unfixable errors, that is unacceptable.
