He spent over 4 hours on the inspection and identified numerous issues, most of them small and easily fixed by the builder. Roman was an absolute professional! I arrived at the home he was inspecting 15 minutes early, and found he was already on-site. He had arrived a full hour early, and had chatted up the neighbors about their experiences in the neighborhood, and with any issues they had encountered. When buying a newly constructed home, our realtor suggested that we conduct our own independent home inspection, including a scope of the new sewer lines. I am a first time house buyer and luckily I met Roman. It was windy and temperature was pretty low. It seems he does not really care the bad weather condition and performing inspection. He told me that I can stay inside of the house or follow him to see what he inspects. I followed him without saying a word so he can focus. It took about 2-3 hours for house and sewer inspection.
