Read first before they hack the tailoring. Bought a suit for my daughters wedding, Jake the salesman excellent. Had to have hems adjusted by my seamstress they were 1 1/2" too short, BUT the worst part was they took in the legs around my thighs totally wrong very uncomfortable with wrinkles from my knees to crotch. The pro that fitted me said they had to be pulled up and use suspenders, WHAT A CROCK. He let out the seams to try to fix but there wasn't enough material left to make them right. My seamstress is fixing the cuffs but the thighs can't be repaired. The deal here as I see it, great price for a nice suit but they clip you $70.00 for tailoring that's in inferior. Somebody at Savers is going to get a nice suit after the wedding. read more

These people need to pull the stick out of their asses. They are unnecessarily rude and crabby. It is so bizarre. They are the Soup Nazi of clothing stores. The people who work here are extremely rude. I know not everyone loves their job but there is no excuse for the behavior exhibited in this establishment. They make people uncomfortable and unwelcome with the way they handle things and communicate. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone unless you want to leave feeling like a nuisance for going in there in the first place. I recently had the misfortune of experiencing one of the worst customer service encounters I've ever had. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the staff was utterly disappointing, and it left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. Future brides/grooms DO NOT GO HERE*******. The woman who "runs" this place is terrible. She will roll her eyes at you when you ask a question, she will tell you " I know what I am talking about " ... when in all reality she does not. We sent all our groomsmen and dads there to buy suites and get fitted. You would think 8+ guys purchasing suits the customer service from this place would be appreciative, it's actually the opposite. She is annoyed the second you walk in. She does not know anything about suits and will order you 2 sizes to big for the suit and then get angry and annoyed with you when you are specifically telling her that is not your size. But, no worries - she "knows what she is doing". The funny part of all this, the tailor even said she was incorrect on her measurements. From the moment we entered the establishment, it was evident that the employees (mainly the angry woman) had little regard for customer satisfaction. The atmosphere was tense, and the staff seemed more interested with you juet not shopping there and going elsewhere. Despite my fiancé and I polite approach, it took an inordinate amount of time for someone to acknowledge our presence. When we finally managed to capture the attention of an employee, (the angry woman) her demeanor was shockingly disrespectful. She displayed an arrogant attitude and made condescending remarks that left me taken aback. She rolled her eyes so much I don't understand how they didn't stay stuck like that. It seemed as though our presence and business was an inconvenience to them, and they made no effort to hide their disdain. Furthermore, HER lack of suits knowledge was astounding. When we asked questions about suits and questioned measurements she was taking (that were totally incorrect) , the response we received was dismissive, unhelpful and followed by eye rolling and huffing and puffing to another employee. It was evident that the she had not been adequately trained, and her inability to address even basic inquiries was frustrating. To make matters worse, when we voiced my dissatisfaction with the service, we were met with hostility. Instead of attempting to rectify the situation or offering an apology, the angry woman proceeded to argue with me and continue to say I know what I am talking about. (Clearly not) Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. It is disheartening to encounter such a level of rudeness and apathy towards customers. Professional Image was great and an affordable option for my husband and his wedding party to buy their suits! The guys looked great!

I have bought quite a few suits from Professional Image over the years. I find their selection challenging, but then I'm oversized. Quality is excellent, and less costly than named suit stores.. On-site tailoring is helpful. Repairs are handled expertly. I'll keep buying as long as they are in business. read more

I was recently one of the groomsmen in my friend's wedding. For the suit's we went to professional image. I can tell you that the professional in the name stops there. The older gentleman who worked there was polite enough but the younger woman who works there was rude on the other hand. When I originally went in for sizing as well I gave them my size's, and was told that I was probably much larger than that. When I tried on the first two pairs of pants I had to hold them up just to keep them from completely falling down. Only my shirt was the first item that was the correct size because I was given the size that I said that I wear. I showed up for my fitting and you would have thought that I was inconveniencing her. When I showed up again after having the pants tailored to confirm the fit again you would have thought that I was an inconvenience to her. The wedding was a destination wedding, and everything was ready just a few days before the wedding when I picked it up so I only had time to throw the shirt in the wash. Of all the men in the wedding party, (there was about 9 of us) myself and one other didn't even have shirt's with pockets on them compared to everyone else. The tailor was kind and polite as well but I would not return to buy more clothing which is pretty unfortunate because I'd be willing to go back had the attitude been better and there been consistency in our shirt's. read more

Suits were a good value, but I did not find what I was looking for. I decided to get a blazed tailored. The woman who fitted me made it too tight. I mentioned that in the fitting and she did not adjust it. It does not fit well and I'm not a satisfied customer. read more
