I had wind damage to my dual metal gates so had to get the bracket for Liftmaster LA500dc fixed and strengthened up. Wanted to add a maglock to help prevent further damage. I decided to save and bought the motor and maglock myself after getting various quotes for labor and parts. Isaiah's quote was at the lower end and he was responsive to emails and calls. This helped me to decide on his services versus other quotes. Isaiah and Ismael were both pleasant and knowledgeable. He made me comfortable with the work to be done fixing the bracket and adding the maglock. He offered to brace the working bracket just to ensure that is stronger too which I did for a small extra cost. I was planning on installing the motor myself to save money but he took on that task and helped programmed the limits. They helped touched up some things I wanted to see after the install/fix and even help touched up paint on the gate. We tested the operation of the gate and maglock multiple times using the keypad, remote and MyQ before he left. They did run late but I had the day set for the work and it was done in a timely matter so no issues. I am sorry to have to leave a negative review but after my experience in 2018, which was a very good, I have made several attempts to get Isaiah out to look at my 19 year old gate his father put in for me back in 2006. Isaiah has been hard to get a hold of and difficult to schedule. I have experienced scheduled meeting where Isaiah just did not show up. I gave up on Isaiah and did a gate project with a competitor of his. Isaiah missed out on a project that could have been quite lucrative for him all because of his lack of responsiveness. So I'm a little disappointed with the company. I had called to get a quote made an appointment for a Friday estimate. The appointment was rescheduled for the following Monday between 5-6 ? Monday came I got a message saying their estimator went home early so if we can reschedule for Tuesday. I wasn't thrilled about it but oh well life happens I get it, so Tuesday it is. I received a text that the estimator was on his way. He came out measured, explained what we wanted and on his way he went. A few days have gone by and I haven't received a quote yet. I called that same Friday to see when I should expect it, they said if they could they would send it out that day (Friday ) or if not expect it sometime Monday. Here I am Monday .... no quote. This is a great family owned outfit! I've been using PIW since 1999 when we built our first home in Willow Glen. They designed and build the gate system for that Willow Glen Way custom home. In 2010 They designed and built my custom driveway gate for our second Willow Glen home. We recently had some scum-bags shove open the gate and damage the frame and control arm, and rob our garage. I called Isaiha and he was there the very next morning to temporally help me keep the gate shut so the dogs wouldn't get out. He removed the gate, took it to his shop, repaired & painted it, and had it installed and working again in less than three days! Their quality, timeliness and integrity in First class. An employee of the business driving a silver Chevy truck was on my bumper going up highway 101 from Morgan Hill to San Jose.
