He actually recommended another product than the one I had researched and it turned out to be an excellent solution. I also had a problem with the door not closing correctly and Derek was able to adjust that so that the smart lock worked perfectly. He diligently made sure that we had all the lock codes in order and made us 4-5 extra keys on site at minimal cost. He really knows what he's doing as a locksmith and is also up to date and knowledgeable about smart locks and Internet / home connectivity. I contacted Levi through Yelp and he responded quickly. We met at the house one evening to review the damages and repairs needed. He promptly provided a quote by the next day if not that same evening. I felt it was a fair quote and price for the amount of repairs needed considering the unknown of the extent of the interior floor damage. The quote listed the down payment needed for materials for the job. I accepted the quote and Levi put me on his schedule for about 3 weeks out. He said repairs would take about 5 days at the time of the estimate and it took 4 1/2 days. Repairs were quality. I am very happy and pleased with my repairs and experience. Highly recommend. I have a few other smaller projects that will need to be done in the future and I will definitely call Levi at Bassett Construction again for my other repair needs.

The moving place said they had 'a guy' but I learned long ago not to trust anyone's 'guy' for quality repairs. Davis Enterprises is a charming husband and wife team whom I'm glad to have worked with. The payment from the moving company for the repair was long in getting to us but they kept the lines of communication open every step of the way. Finally the payment showed and we were quickly on our way to the repair being taken care of. So far so good! Of course only time will tell but it looks solid and according to my untrained eye every attention to detail was put into the repair. I'd absolutely use Ernie again and I'm sure with all my trees it's only a matter of time!
