I also had a problem with the door not closing correctly and Derek was able to adjust that so that the smart lock worked perfectly. He diligently made sure that we had all the lock codes in order and made us 4-5 extra keys on site at minimal cost. He really knows what he's doing as a locksmith and is also up to date and knowledgeable about smart locks and Internet / home connectivity. He promptly provided a quote by the next day if not that same evening. I felt it was a fair quote and price for the amount of repairs needed considering the unknown of the extent of the interior floor damage. The quote listed the down payment needed for materials for the job. I accepted the quote and Levi put me on his schedule for about 3 weeks out. He said repairs would take about 5 days at the time of the estimate and it took 4 1/2 days. Repairs were quality. I am very happy and pleased with my repairs and experience. Highly recommend. The payment from the moving company for the repair was long in getting to us but they kept the lines of communication open every step of the way.
