When I asked for something for my face like a towel to pad it a bit she pulled out a large neck brace sized pillow which propped my head up very high and was uncomfortable in it's own way. I asked for focus on my hands and feet and she barely touched either. Same thing for my fiancé, her requests were ignored as well. She spent the majority of the 90 minutes on my fiancé's legs instead of a full body as expected, and actually massaged her spine which was unexpected. It just didn't seem like the two masseuses were very experienced. All in all it definitely wasn't worth the $350 for 90 minutes. We would have been much better off getting massages at the Aria where we were staying. I guess that's what we get for trying to support a local business and save a couple of bucks.

I really liked her and asked to have her everytime ive come back. She got me and understood i wanted relaxation but also worked on problem areas. Talked just the right amount. Apparently she's not here anymore. Alina? was the aesthetician for my Facial... she was nice enough but I felt strange that there were no extractions. Plus, she asked me if I wanted a mask very very quietly and did not mention the $50 up charge so make sure you find out about that upfront if there's going to be any up charges and they make it clear for you. When she asked me, I assumed there would be an up charge, but they really should mention that and probably before you start so it's not an interruption during the service. Came back in April 2025.... Kim is gone they said...so I had a new masseuse. This time I selected the welcome home massage for 50 minutes which includes a foot scrub and hot stones at the end. I came on a weekend so it was $200. Auto 20% gratitude added on to all services.

As soon as I put in some basic info, I was immediately contacted by 5 different mobile massage asking when, what kind of massage and length I booked with the first to contact me. She was prompt. I actually fell asleep before her arrival. They called til I was able to get her from downstairs. She has some strong hands. She def knows how to get rid of those knots. No pain, no gain. I am still in some pain but that good kind. I would def book again
