I don't know how many times I have passed by these Aqua massage systems and oxygen bars in various malls and some airports, etc. I truthfully never game them a second thought. Well on a recent visit I received a gift card to Zen Zone to give it a try and i was thoroughly surprised! This won't put humans out of the massage therapy business anytime soon but it sure was a welcome refresher before that long drive home. it was surprisingly relaxing and enjoyable. It is after all a a simple series of high pressure water jets moving and pulsating your back as you are stuffed in a tube and surrounded by what amounts to a large plastic bag. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/zen-zone-las-vegas-2#N89JTSl09_CJP__IhymQpg I am not sure this is for the claustrophobic, but it worked for me. You can wear noise cancelling head phones too as the machine is somewhat noisy. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/zen-zone-las-vegas-2#32xmz5odMotPsYx3vBYfqg You only need to remove your shoes and lay down, the attendance\manager does the rest. The times vary from 7 to 30 minutes and I was in for 20 minutes. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/zen-zone-las-vegas-2#5gBggXRmfcSNp0jqghlGNQ They do run specials and I used my gift card to also try the flavored oxygen. Enough flavor choices to keep up with a fro-yo joint! http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/zen-zone-las-vegas-2#HEpozuIh8cgW8_2GAxphPA http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/zen-zone-las-vegas-2#Q8YCTnfBoqyrpEAv-GySOg The manager could not have been nicer, her name escapes me, but I was there on a recent Sunday afternoon. As you are taking in the oxygen you can sample the small personal massager that attaches small electrodes on your neck and back. It's a soft sell but worth the pitch as that coupled with the oxygen following the Aqua massage was simply invigorating! All in all I could not have been more pleasantly surprised and would not hesitate to go again and reboot before, during or after or during a Vegas trip. I was not the only one as after I finished my session the place was nearly full. Nice job Zen Zone for putting the Zen in my experience. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/zen-zone-las-vegas-2#44ODRRhLATUjoLNqZLk83A

Did not have those machines. Only had massage chairs I'm assuming new ownership. Not same name at that location either.

I was going on vacation to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband who has never had a massage in his life. It was very important I found a place that would fit all our needs to ensure he would have a pleasant experience. And Massage 1 spa ( on dean martin) did all that and more! Booking was very easy. You can choose to do it through their website or call. I called and booked a couple massage: one deep tissue and one swedish thai massage combo both including hot stones and the private suite (which included a dry red light and wet sauna with a jacuzzi tub and lounge area with a shower). The facility is very clean, peaceful and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Our massages were amazing! My husband and I both work out and lift heavy weight so we really wanted them to work on our muscles. They exceeded our expectations, listened to our wants and massaged all of our problem areas away. When our massages were finished, the private suite was the cherry on top. With our muscles relaxed we were able to continue that relaxtion with the saunas and hot tub. We left feeling refreshed, renewed and so relaxed (which I clearly cannot emphasize enough)! I look forward to coming back here the next time I am in Vegas. If Massage 1 was one of your options on your spa list, I HIGHLY suggest you go here. You won't regret it and you will definitely want to come back too.

The rooms are super comfortable--the table had a heated pad and the whole setup made for a great experience. I booked a one-hour Swedish with Massi and she was amazing. The front lobby is a "no-frills" Asian spa (Chinese-operated, not Korean), but don't let the modest exterior fool you--it is surprisingly huge inside and can accommodate up to 20 people at once. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me immediately. Here are a few tips for your visit: The Setup: The rooms are separated by doors for privacy, but the individual sections are divided by curtains, so you can sometimes hear neighbors talking. The Pressure: This is the place for people who actually want a hard massage. Even their "regular" pressure is much firmer than a "deep tissue" at a place like Burke Williams. I especially loved the technique where they step on your back--it's incredibly effective! Just make sure to be vocal about your preferences if you want them to adjust. Pricing & Upselling: They are very clear and upfront with their signs, but like any spa, they may offer add-ons. Just ask if something is included or an extra charge; they aren't trying to scam you, they're just running a business. Location: It's in a perfect spot right next to all the amazing restaurants off Spring Mountain, making it a great stop before or after dinner. If you don't need a giant hot tub or a steam room and just want a focused, high-quality massage that actually works out the knots, this is the spot. I left feeling super relaxed!

I I was a little worried because most of the reviews kept talking about up selling which most people is pretty annoying. When you're trying to enjoy a massage, but I didn't have that problem. I would definitely return here again The reason why I gave it four stars because it was hot in there to me like I was sweating while getting my massage so I didn't like that at all

It was my first time trying a Thai massage, and I had heard they use a lot of pressure. Honestly, I loved it. It was exactly what I needed. The stretching was incredible, and I left feeling so much better. I have zero complaints and definitely plan to make this a regular thing--maybe every couple of months. Then they asked if we wanted tea or water I got a ginger tea. Even that was bomb. I'll absolutely be coming back!

Paid extra for the extra deep tissue massage, I got a deep tissue but my fiancé didn't. She walked on my back and it definitely wasn't a pleasant experience. It pressed my face so hard into the wooden ply board bed that it actually popped out my contact lens. When I asked for something for my face like a towel to pad it a bit she pulled out a large neck brace sized pillow which propped my head up very high and was uncomfortable in it's own way. I asked for focus on my hands and feet and she barely touched either. Same thing for my fiancé, her requests were ignored as well. She spent the majority of the 90 minutes on my fiancé's legs instead of a full body as expected, and actually massaged her spine which was unexpected. It just didn't seem like the two masseuses were very experienced. All in all it definitely wasn't worth the $350 for 90 minutes. We would have been much better off getting massages at the Aria where we were staying. I guess that's what we get for trying to support a local business and save a couple of bucks.
