I really liked her and asked to have her everytime ive come back. She got me and understood i wanted relaxation but also worked on problem areas. Talked just the right amount. Apparently she's not here anymore[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Alina? was the aesthetician for my Facial... she was nice enough but I felt strange that there were no extractions. Plus, she asked me if I wanted a mask very very quietly and did not mention the $50 up charge so make sure you find out about that upfront if there's going to be any up charges and they make it clear for you. When she asked me, I assumed there would be an up charge, but they really should mention that and probably before you start so it's not an interruption during the service. I love a smoke free hotel like Park MGM. Make me feel like home. Spa was very nice. I had a 50 min welcome home massage with Summer. She was very kind and polite. Told her I think I had a cold coming. She gave me a ricola cough drop to help with my dry mouth. My friend and I came here last Tuesday for a 2pm appointment - we each booked the cozy comfort trio massage (which focuses on head, hand, and foot massage - which in my opinion are the parts I need massaged the most lol!). I believe that specific special massage package is available until end of February. Price was $185 plus a 20% service charge (they say 18% goes to the spa and 2% goes to the therapist giving you your services). Included in the fee is complete day-long access to the whole spa facility, including in and out privileges. We got there at 12:30pm and stayed until around 5pm after our appointment. We elected to go to the spa before our check in time at Park MGM that same day. Weekday vibes in February: - Pretty much almost empty, which I thoroughly enjoy as an introvert. I think we only saw 5-10 people throughout our day between 12:30pm to 5pm when we left, so we didn't have to compete with anyone for use of the amenities, chairs, jacuzzi, or lockers. We booked our appointments the day before, and they said they had a lot of appointments available. - A WONDERFUL place to kill time waiting for hotel check in. Pros: - The massage itself was fantastic - $185 is a bit pricey for me, but for 60 mins of head, hand, and foot massage, as well as 2 bonus add ons for free (I did the hot oil scalp treatment as well as the foot scrub - both were great), the price honestly made sense given how long we stayed at the spa. I would recommend staying the whole day if you have nothing else planned to get your money's worth, since a day pass is usually $75. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My therapist was an Asian lady and she was excellent - really communicative but not over talkative, was very open to feedback when I wanted her to push harder etc. Had nice relaxing music going on in the background and I feel like she was really respectful and skilled.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - Although the spa is smaller/quaint, it has all the amenities I was looking for - including spacious showers, a jacuzzi, HOT STONE RECLINER CHAIRS (only 5 available) in the jacuzzi room that were so fun to sit on - the heat feels so good. Snacks in the co-ed lounge area, and REALLY comfortable green recliner chairs to wait for your appointment in, or just sit and lounge/read in. My friend and I spent some time after our appointments just sitting hear listening to music on our earphones and reading while snacking on the provided chex mix. Had coffee, tea, fruit juice, water available in the fridge as well for your taking. - on the women's side, they had all the amenities I was looking for, including tampons, hair curler, hairbrushes, even disposable toothbrushes, lotion, etc. - Spa provided sandals as well as these thick luscious robes. - The cold towels submerged in ice available outside the steam room, sauna, and in the jacuzzi area were great! I love keeping a cold towel on my head so I don't overheat, it was a nice touch. - Steam room was very hot and effective! - Very easy spa to locate from the park MGM elevator - a really private floor that seemed accessible as well (they had accessibility equipment and an elevator to the jacuzzi room level). - [[HIGHLIGHT]]All the staff were super professional, kind, efficient! Always had towels, super clean place[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Things that could be improved: - The coed lounge room, as well as the locker/shower area is completely silent because there's no soft or gentle music playing in the background - which is not a big deal, but it does make natural noise made by patrons louder in comparison (eg. the green recliner chairs in the lounge room made a really loud squeaking sound whenever someone was adjusting the reclining angle, which sounded really loud). - Only 4-5 showers available on the women's side - which wasn't an issue for us because we came on a weekday, but I could see it being tough on the weekend when it's busy. Same thoughts apply to the single hair curler and straightener in the women's bathroom, as well as only 5 hot stone recliner chairs available in the jacuzzi room. - Sandals were way too narrow, I recommend sizing up if you have regular feet. - Both the jacuzzi while the jets were on, as well as the dry sauna, could have been much hotter in my opinion. - The lockers were a bit challenging as ours kept glitching and locking us out (the first time I admit it was user error because I probably locked myself out without setting my code correctly - but the next 2 times it seemed to jam up on me, and it even jammed up on the attendant who was showing me how to use it initially) - HOWEVER the staff were super kind in coming to unlock it - we were able to use a phone to call the staff when we needed help. Overall, a fantastic experience that I thoroughly enjoyed, especially because the comfort trio massage and my therapist were fantastic (no complaints about the actual appointment service). A few things were lacking in the general facilities, but for the price and emptiness on a weekday, I felt like it was worth it, especially because I don't like crowds. read more

It was two days before Christmas and I had some time to kill at Park MGM, so I walked into the spa to see what treatment I could do. One thing I really liked about this spa is that it's very convenient if you are staying at Park MGM because it's off the elevator you would take to go to your room. Also the prices are a little bit cheaper than nearby Aria. I signed up for the Hanakasumi body treatment as it was recommended over the body scrub. I didn't feel like it was as exfoliating as the description claimed but it was very hydrating which felt nice in the very dry area of Vegas. This spa is quite a bit smaller than Aria or other strip spas I've been to (Qua and Bellagio, and especially Canyon Ranch which is huge), and there was only a single hot tub, steam room, and sauna in the women's area. It was nicely appointed with shower stuff, and I enjoyed hanging out in the common area drinking coffee (once I figured out how the coffee maker worked) and eating snack mix. I think I'd go elsewhere if I wanted an all day spa experience where there would be more stuff to do, but this was a nice place for a relaxing break. read more

And get the Athlete's Massage if you're in a lot of pain. The facilities are nice and clean. Loved the sauna and the hot stone recliners. We were 20 minutes late to our appointment (totally our fault) but we called at the exact appointment time to ask if we could reschedule. They told us "no," but said we should still come in. When we arrived, we were informed that because we were late, we would be charged in full for five massages, with no option to reschedule and no standard cancellation fee. Just a heads-up to anyone booking: even being slightly late means they'll charge you the full amount with no flexibility. Unfortunately, we received no service at all and still had to pay, so we won't be booking here again. read more

I was staying at Park MGM and had a bit of downtime until I needed to watch a show. I wouldn't normally do walk-ins, but I took a chance to see if they had any availability for a 50-minute massage. Otherwise, I would've made use of other amenities like the steam room or sauna. The waiting room had comfy recliners, a fridge stocked full of beverages, and a counter with baked goods like muffins and croissants. Carlos was my massage therapist, and he was great! Came here for a special occasion and left feeling fresh! Note, this is my first time to a spa so my lack of knowledge in how a typical spa should be might be skewed. Everything here in the spa here is meant to relax you. The staff spoke in a calming matter, the amenities are there for your needs, and they have a nice community area that comes with snacks, coffees, and tea. I got a body treatment and was amazing and relaxing. The process definitely relaxed you as they go limb by limb. The oils and creams that were used left you feeling nice and soft too. Krystle was my "therapist" and she went above and beyond for us as it was celebrating our honeymoon. She did an amazing job in the treatment as well. One note, the spa is kind hard to find and is only one in elevator on the second floor. Overall, I do recommend this spa if you want a great relaxing time in the area! I got the signature facial and my skin felt amazing the rest of the day, and has been so dewy and bright. The facility itself was good too. They have a large spa and heated rock chairs. This wasn't the worst spa I've been to in Vegas and wasn't the nicest. I loved their giant hot tub it really provided lots of heat and the jets were excellent temperature! Their waiting area when you are waiting for services it had nuts coffee, juice etc available which is always a nice addition. My service itself was okay. I got a massage by a male i forget his name. It was a decent massage but not mind blowing and great deep pressure like i prefer. Overall it was okay but I've experienced better in Vegas. Do not make our mistake. I called to book massages. This spa is not at the MGM Grand. I had not been to Vegas in a few years and did not realize that this was not the same hotel and casino as the MGM Grand. This was a pleasant experience. My wife and I both purchased the day passes for $60 each. It allows access until 6p (some spas have a time limit). There was a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was really hot - be prepared. The attendants were AMAZING and friendly. The co-Ed lounge had flavored water, snacks, and juices. The spa is only available to hotel guests, so if I stay here I'll visit again. It's really easy to find from your room, so you don't have to wander the casino floor looking for it. read more

Came here for a welcome home massage and the add on mini facial. I was greeted by the sweetest person at check in and shown around. I got into my to robe and headed to the jacuzzi area. I laid on a thermal chair and it was cold. Apparently the first one as you walk in is broken. Tried another and it was nice and toasty. My advice is come early, there are only six thermal chairs, and many people were not able to use them. Headed to the waiting area for my treatment. They have these great recliners that allow you to put you to raise your feet. This was one of my favorite parts of the spa. They had some good snacks and plenty of different drinks. I was taken back from my massage, and the therapist immediately began telling me that I need to work out more to get blood flow to my muscles because I'm very tense. I am a plus size girl and this made me very self-conscious for the rest of the treatment and I was not at all relaxed after that. She kept making comments about my weight and lecturing me about how I need to exercise and it made me completely uncomfortable. I've had many massages and none of the therapists have ever mentioned anything about my weight. The other thing I would recommend is not doing the facial add-on, but rather just booking a separate facial. The reason for this is that in the middle of the treatment, the esthetician came in and having two people working on you at one time doesn't provide you the chance to really enjoy the one service. Plus, she asked me if I wanted a mask very very quietly and did not mention the $50 up charge so make sure you find out about that upfront if there's going to be any up charges and they make it clear for you. This made me uncomfortable as it looked like they were panning and taking photos, and the spa is supposed to be a place of relaxation and privacy, and I felt violated. Most of the spas I have been to have strongly enforced this. Also, I prefer the key lockers. I followed the instructions exactly as listed for their combination lockers, and mine would not open so I had to go to the front desk and get someone to open it for me. It's a decent experience if you're staying here but it's definitely not the best spa I've ever been to. read more

Ive had a hydra at the mirage, also $260 and the lady there covered every inch of my face. The lady at park was just kinda zoomin through my face and I could feel her missing sections. It was around $315 after tip, not worth it in my opinion. Also very small and old outdated amenities. Only tried the sauna, the other amenities kinda grossed me out. This place is a nice fresh break from the hustle and bustle on the strip. This spa is very clean and on par with other spa in the area. For a 50 minute message it is $180. A little pricey, but well worth it. Luke was my masseuse. He was very in tune with what I wanted. The room was quiet and peaceful. The oil smell was not overpowering. Before you get your treatment, you are able to help yourself to drinks and snacks. You are also able to use the Spa amenities for the rest of the day. If you just want to use the spa with no extra service...it is $30 for the day if staying at The Park at MGM. The Spa contains a steam room, sauna, and small jacuzzi. The locker room needs benches. Holy moly, we loved this spa day. My husband and I stayed at Park MGM for our 20 year anniversary and scheduled a couples' massage to pamper ourselves. When I called, the receptionist informed me that the purchase of a service got us access to the whole spa for the whole day, and we spent time in the jacuzzi rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and co-ed lounge. Not only is this place immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, the people were phenomenal. We were treated to champagne for our special day and our host even gave us a handwritten card and his phone number for future appointments. They really went above and beyond to make our day special and we can't wait to go back. We will come to this spa even if we don't stay at this resort. Lol read more

Park MGM had great review so I decided to check out this place Day pass has gone up to 75 dollar per day. In order for them to charge 75 dollar, the amenities are outdated and not the cleanest. After I moved here from Orange County, it's a struggle to find someone you like and that has the skills/knowledge necessary. I've seen her twice and already have my appointment for next month! The services come with use of the facilities for the whole day, so I usually separate my services on different days.
