We've been coming here for a month now for 60-minute sessions twice a week. It helped tremendously and the Physical Therapists and PT aides are all very friendly and knowledgeable as well as caring & engage in great conversations throughout every session w/ my daughter. Jorgine & Jonathan, her 2 therapists, are wonderful and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her experience with them. The facility is clean, comfortable and well equipped. However, there is always a staff shortage that their also aware of. Even with staff shortages, we have encountered short wait times no longer than 10 minutes. All her sessions are never cut short even when we're 10 minutes late coming straight here after school, which is very appreciated. I highly recommend Metro Physical Therapy for all your recovery needs. They have more than 10 Long Island locations.

Seems they have multiple DBAs and if the DBA used does not match the one approved by insurance company the pre-approved claims get rejected. This review is wordy. The point is, expect good care, but beware of insurance and reimbursement nightmares. And when all is said and done and if mistakes are made, expect to be ignored.

She comes off as very knowledgeable in her field and is very warm and kind as well. Although my pain is in my pelvis, she did a thorough examination of my entire body's structure. Even with 30 minute sessions, she has been able to get a lot of work done on me. My muscles have definitely relaxed plenty since first seeing her, and I have pain far less frequently. She also immediately provided me with a home program that was adapted as time went on to fit my progress or regressions. She also knew when to refer me to see a doctor for medication. I would definitely recommend her. I'd also like to mention that I couldn't find any other Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Offices in the area that offer 30 minute sessions, which helps keep costs lower!

Bathrooms not clean as they should be in a hospital setting. Tiny emergency room. When you arrive to the ER there are guards on the street checking you go into the hospital parking which is $12 an hour, meanwhile there's free parking for emergency room patients. The guard are a bunch of geniuses trying to figure how to let you in. The nurses are hit or miss as far as being good, we had a good one so shout out to Stephanie on the first floor because she was the only one that was golden, the rest dwindle between mediocre to plain done w nursing so their goal is doing the minimum. The doctors were in that same wavelength, the ER doctor was supposed to visit and when he did he wasn't that informative as to what was happening. They did a CT scan and never came back to let us know the results. The day doctor for sure didn't read the chart because was giving us different info, the chief Dr Jerwyn was despondent, condescending and leaves much to be said about bedside manner, she is truly the example of being too smart doesnt equal being right to lead. I dread to think how her staff suffers. No case worker came to give us the whole picture of whats happening so we had to piece together the puzzle. Overall it served its purpose on an emergency but long term care is not recommended.
