This caused multiple small cracks to my windshield. I immediately pulled into the business and asked the first person I saw where I could speak with a manager. I was pointed to the back where two employees told me to speak with the truck driver. I waited and when the driver was leaving the lot I asked him to roll down his window. As soon as I began explaining what happened he laughed in my face and rolled up the window refusing to even speak with me. From the parking lot I then called the office of Custom-Crete attempting to get an explanation, and was told to come up to the trailer on the upper level. Upon entering I spoke with Jason Lore who said he was the general manager. The ONLY thing they were interested in was deflecting any type of accountability or responsibility. I finally asked Jason Lore, "so you're telling me you're going to do absolutely nothing correct?" to which he answered "exactly". They said all of their drivers are independent contractors and Custom-Crete takes absolutely zero responsibility for the people they hire or work with. I asked for the information of the trucking company so I could contact them myself and Custom-Crete tells me they don't have that information which is at best their employees being incompetent and at worst this is their employee bold face lying. This company likes to post on social media how much they support veterans, but they would not even lift a finger to help this veteran. I'm disgusted by a company treating anyone like this, and doing everything in their power to refuse taking any accountability. The only good out of this is I can share this experience every week with the hundreds of people who attend my customer service class.

They are almost always ready same day! I place a quick order online and they call me when it's ready. The employees are friendly and very patient. I feel bad for all the crazy shipping things they deal with, but I am always just there for a quick prepaid order pick up. This parking lot is a disaster. You can't really turn left to get out because of oncoming traffic, so I always turn right and loop around in Walmart's parking lot. There used to be a tree right in front with hundreds of birds in it and bird poop everywhere. They cut the tree down and cleaned it up, and now it looks way better. I was able to hand my stuff over and they asked if I wanted a receipt, which yes, I needed to keep track of this stuff as much as possible so I could get an important payment sent to me, and then head on out my way. That being said, I had a serious framerate issue with my gaming desktop, and was doing troubleshooting on it for two weeks. I consulted Reddit, I wiped everything besides the BIOS, ran plenty of diagnostics, gave it a good dusting, but nothing fixed the issue. I finally decided to take it in and have someone look at the hardware, realizing most likely I had a busted chord or fan somewhere that would need to be replaced. I gave Scott a rundown, and he told me he would call me when he figured it out. He called me ten minutes later, so quickly I did not see the call until they had already closed. I then worked the rest of the week with Alicia who did all the replacements for my cooling system, graphics card and power core. Just got it home and have my computer running better than when I first bought it due to the new upgrades. I cannot recommend them enough, they are very knowledgeable and Alicia is a saint. They will figure out what is going on, and you hopefully won't need to wait three weeks for an appointment like other stores I had consulted previously
