I am here sometimes multiple times per week getting things printed for work. I have gotten postcards, poster boards, copies, small signs, business cards, and more printed. They are almost always ready same day! I place a quick order online and they call me when it's ready. The employees are friendly and very patient. I feel bad for all the crazy shipping things they deal with, but I am always just there for a quick prepaid order pick up. This parking lot is a disaster. You can't really turn left to get out because of oncoming traffic, so I always turn right and loop around in Walmart's parking lot. There used to be a tree right in front with hundreds of birds in it and bird poop everywhere. They cut the tree down and cleaned it up, and now it looks way better. This spot has a small shared parking lot, but I went on a weekday afternoon so it wasn't too bad, but I could see it being a problem if you went while busy. Their space is clean and well organized for all your postal requirements. This trip was an easy in and out for me. I needed some important documents to be sent out. I had to briefly wait in line and then send my item. The shipping label had been sent to me and I printed it myself, so there was no reason for there to be an issue. I was able to hand my stuff over and they asked if I wanted a receipt, which yes, I needed to keep track of this stuff as much as possible so I could get an important payment sent to me, and then head on out my way. The paperwork arrived in great time and I was cleared to get my money. I'd come back if needed a FedEx again. read more

The woman with the pancake makeup clearly is on a sad little power trip. If you want to be frustrated, waste your time and not get what you need then go here. My print job wasn't printed correctly, which is no big deal, it can be fixed except the woman refused to help me. She was combative & unhelpful. I asked when their printing expert would be in, she told me she "couldn't disclose that information" like they're in the FBI. Honestly, this place is a clown show. I brought this same job to Insty Prints just down the street. They got it right and they were cheaper. Bye forever FedEx. Maybe take a look at the woman managing this location. When I visited this FedEx I wasn't greeted. So I decided to greet a worker who then continued to ignore me. Another worker came up from behind me and asked what I wanted. I then told her and she said well I had to wait because the other employee had to finish all of his work before he helped me at all. He continued to ignore me. At that time the female customer decided that she wanted to help another customer that walked in and kind of neglected me and my products. She offered to help maybe 2-3 customers that walked in. Well, I honestly started to get upset at this point because I had wasted quite a bit of time. Well after asking was I invisible, the employee suggested that I use the paid computer service. This service continued to load and honeslty... long story short...I walked out of this fedex paying about $40 to use a computer for a few minutes and to print in black and white. The service was HORIBLE and I wouldn't suggest ANYONE TO VISIT THIS FEDEX EVER. I've NEVER in my life had an experience like this at FEDEX. Honestly, this FedEx needs to be shut down due to their RIP off computer services that continues to hop on and offline, r the customer service and the lact of security of private documents. read more

Best. FedEx (printing center). Ever. Everyone raise a glass to MVP Denise in the printing center at this location. She's knowledgeable, fast, responsive, courteous, and, most importantly, a print master. She'll do a test print first to make sure everything looks good before printing your final order - just so it looks perfect. I ordered a large poster and decided to go with what I thought I wanted. Denise called me to review my order and advised me to change up the poster to something that was 10 times better. She even called me again when she realized the sizing I sent in wouldn't translate well to the size poster I picked. She resized my order by hand and I ended up with a gorgeous print. Honestly, I might have forgotten to review this place, but Denise made my day. Why can't the world have more Denise's? read more

I no longer own a printer in my home, because let's all be honest - home printers are terrible and just take up space. The space it takes up and with everything digital these days it really isn't necessary to have one in your home. So with that said ... every now and then I do find my self in a position where I need to print something off. This is the closest fedex to my house and my go to spot. It's pretty easy to whip in and out. My printing jobs are usually easy and I love that they have the self serve machines where I can swipe my card and get it done quickly. They offer all kinds of services too which can be handy and convenient if you need it. I have used the faxing service once ... but really who still faxes in 2018 ... insurance companies that's who! Anyway if you are looking to ship or print this is a good spot to take care of all your needs. FYI they do not offer notary services here, which I recently found out. I had to go down the street to the UPS store for that. read more

This was an awful experience. The self serve printer was not functional, the other printer couldn't print a simple PDF (it said the file wasn't supported... it's a PDF... in 2018), and then when I emailed it to the company email for the very helpful and kind customer service agent -- it never came through. I was trying to make it to the DMV with the necessary documents at the time that it opened to avoid waiting for hours and hours, and that was totally shot, because I was stuck at this Fed Ex for thirty minutes. In the end, I was unable to print a simple PDF that I desperately needed, and my entire day, that I took off work mind you, was ruined due to the fact that this facility was unable to provide the very simple services it advertises. To top it off, I had an Uber waiting on me, as this two minute errand turned into a 40 minute ordeal. I've never had such a horrifying experience at a large corporate institution, and I used to be an AT&T customer. This store's upper management should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their customers and their employees. Not only will I never patronize this location again, I will be avoiding Fed Ex in general. read more

I had a bad experience at this store and I agreed with Nita S. from Bastrop, TX. Frank is by far the WORST employee I have encountered at any FedEx location. I came to the store Saturday at 9:20 AM. I was almost pushing the door when Frank saw me and locked the door in front of me. I knocked at the door to get some explanation but he didn't care, and walk away, sat on his chair at the back to the store and did nothing, just talked to his colleague CESLY and looked at his phone. So I waited for 40 mn. during this time 5 clients came and left. After 40mn, Frank came back and opened the door, I tried to get some infos and he responded "do you come in or not?" This it not the way to speak to people. so I called the hotline and opened a claim about this bad behavior. Guys if you want a better service call the hotline and open a claim and avoid this location. read more

Do not ship from this location. I used to use this place all the time because it was convenient. The last two times I've tried shipping something I've been met by an employee that is like talking to a brick wall. My guess is FedEx is desperate to hire and isn't properly training people, but ultimately that doesn't help the customer. After a couple of minutes playing "Who's on First?" with this guy (again), I quickly just gave up (again) and went down the road to the FedEx on Brodie. There I'm met with competent staff who know what they're doing. There's no point getting mad but it is frustrating when the staff can't perform the basic functions for which they were hired. read more

There were three employees and no customers but all three got involved in a simple package pickup just to tell me how little I understood and how I wasn't following their process. The package I was picking up was damaged and they seemed personally affronted that's I even asked a question about how rejecting a package is handled and what my options were. There are many local printers in town and I have my own printer at home, and a computer. So. The manager was not that super friendly to me to the time I was in there, but, I'm not a manager at FedEx so whatev. Minus one star for acting exasperated when I asked for a receipt when I dropped off my package, 3 stars for proximity to my house, minus 2 stars for not actually being Cindy's anymore or an awesome Cindy's /FedEx combo store (I will spare you a tasteless play on words) = 3 stars. I like this FedEx in particular because the staff are very knowledgeable and resourceful. I have never experienced any kind of trouble here, the only issue I ever had was a printing error but they immediately resolved it with no extra fees whatsoever. That makes me happy because errors seem to happen a lot when purely dealing with the self printers. Definitely the best place to print or fax when there are no other (free) options. The space here is pretty small and the lines can be long. Sometimes I feel like the staff can be more efficient but at the same time though they really take their time with helping each customer so it's not too bad. As for shipping, it can be pricey but they really deliver within the promised date and time which gives me peace of mind especially when something needs to be overnighted. Like others said there are enough parking spaces and it really is a hassle to get into the highway from the parking lot! read more

Who the hell writes a review for a FedEx??? Well, MAYBE if you knew how awesome this particular one is, you'd stop asking that question. The Breakdown: - Fantastic customer service. I've always been greeted, and the employees never fail to provide humorous banter. - Clean and well organized. - Despite a tiny lot, I've never once had issues finding parking. - EXITING, however, will take ALL YOUR PATIENCE EVER on weekends or during rush hour. The Wal-Mart next door and lack of rear exits from the parking lot make for a long-ass wait at a stop sign to get on the I-35 frontage road. - I print, like, everything here. I actually HAVE a printer, but I print so infrequently that it's useless (ink dries out n stuff). I've had them print photos for family, large stills for tattoos, and they've shipped out a couple things for me. (I also use the crap out of their cutter. Heck yeah SCREW SCISSORS!) - No special glossy photo printing machine at this one. :( You can print on glossy papers, but not actual fancy photo ink n paper n stuff. Photos look nice on the glossy paper, but you're def not getting that developed film look. The Bottom Line: It's a FedEx. You want shit shipped or printed? Come here to ship and print it. Is there another FedEx that may be closer? Well, it won't be as good as this one, so just drive the extra few minutes to come here. read more

I had an absolutely miserable time dealing with the Round Rock store on Louis Henna Blvd. As a result, I contacted Joel last night via phone at 8:30 to see if the Ben White location would be able to have my poster printed because I leave for conference tomorrow morning in Atlanta. Joel was completely honest with me--he would not be able to get it done last night because they were busy and finishing up the jobs for the evening. However, he told me to go ahead and send it and to contact them in the morning when I got to work to confirm that they received it. I didn't even need to contact the store--Gabby contacted me at 7:15 am to confirm that she received my email and provided me with a quote based on my specifications that was within the budget that I asked for. I responded back and she confirmed--all of this happened within 5 minutes. She called me on the phone and gave me an estimated time of pickup of 8 pm. She was so nice and pleasant that I felt comforted after everything I went through the night before with Round Rock and their COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION and their lies about ETAs when I had to call them. At 1:08 pm I received a call from Gabby that my poster was completed. She reminded me to bring the coupon online (which I had already printed) and pickup was easy with Joel. It was so nice to meet everyone that I communicated with over the last 12 hours or so and I'm so appreciative of the turnaround time and the customer service after such a bad experience with the Round Rock store. read more
