This would be the third time that some crap happens in regard to my care. I had an appointment for therapy today and I was looking forward to it. When my call started with someone I had never seen before I was taken aback. This is the second time I am originally scheduled with one provider and when my appointment time comes, I am seen by someone I don't know. I don't mind this but why no warning? I thought it was weird I didn't get a confirmation text or call. I guess they don't want to let me know of the change so I don't cancel the appointment and they can charge my insurance. let's list their offenses; 1. charge your card without permission 2. fail to check clients in when they are there 3. change provider without prior notice 4. mess up medication orders 5. revolving door of providers I guess it makes sense the people I want to continue seeing are gone. The clinic itself is poorly managed and ran. If I am frustrated once or twice a month as a patient, I cannot imagine having to work there. I'll be taking my care elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

However, when it comes to mental health patients, a lack of follow-up and communication is no longer a minor inconvenience it becomes a serious issue. I have made more than ten phone calls requesting that an essential prescription be sent to my pharmacy. Repeatedly, I received no response. In fact, the nursing voicemail is completely full, making it impossible to even leave a message. Due to the complete lack of communication, I drove 45 minutes to the clinic in an effort to resolve the issue in person. While there, I spoke with both the nurse and the front desk staff. The nurse assured me that my prescription would be sent within approximately one hour and that I could then pick up my medication at the pharmacy. However, when I arrived, the pharmacy had never received the prescription. I called the clinic again, and the front desk informed me that the nurse was not answering and that they would send her an internal message to follow up. Since then, I have received neither a response nor a resolution. As a result, I am still without my medication after multiple phone calls, a 45-minute drive to the clinic, and several unfulfilled promises. Mental health care requires continuity, responsibility, and commitment. Failing to send a patient's prescription on time, ignoring repeated calls, and leaving someone without access to necessary treatment reflects a deeply concerning lack of organization and consideration for the very people who depend on this care for their well-being. I sincerely hope this clinic reviews its internal processes and recognizes that behind every phone call is a person in need of care not someone who should have to repeatedly beg for access to a prescribed treatment.

I am so surprised this office does not have surveys. I had to make an appointment with the doctor again after only seeing her two weeks ago because I could not get a message to her. I let her know what was going on and she told me that the office part was separate from her. Your patience are dealing with the people in the office. I would never recommend them. the only way I got an appointment to begin with was because I was transferred to the billing and insurance department. The paperwork was pretty straight forward the first day and our insurance covered the initial drug test. I understand the need for these to be done in this industry and I want my child to get the best care they can can. Their regular doctor does a drug screen every year too. I know my kid does not use anything and takes their medications but this keeps everyone on track. Every month we go in they also check their weight and vitals too. We have met several people in their offices and everyone has been friendly and professional. The care providers have been friendly and listen to everything. the services they have been providing seem to be doing what is needed and life has been getting better. My only issue has been in the scheduling. There have been some changes in availability and a couple of appointments have had to have been changed. They have always handled it well and gotten us in around our busy calendar. Their office is a good 45 minutes from us and I have to my kid from school there every other month and it is working for now as I don't want them missing any school. Depending on where you are located they have multiple offices available. For mental health services I would recommend this one. Always check with your insurance first for your coverage.

After calling and leaving a message for clarification about a medical order, I never received a return call. When I called back later that day, I was simply told I needed to schedule an appointment to speak with the doctor. The office is over 30 minutes from my home, so it's not as if I can just stop by to resolve a communication issue. Like many large practices, everything goes through a call center, making it nearly impossible to reach the office directly. Florida has no shortage of medical providers. Customer service is what separates exceptional practices from mediocre ones, and this experience has been disappointing. I'm posting this in the hope that it gets the attention of the front office.
