I could not be happier. My horses are looking better than ever, the facilities are clean, I trust my horses in their care completely. The environment is very positive and everyone there is very encouraging and supportive. Any instructions I've given regarding the feeding and supplementing of my horses as well as any interaction with them has been met and they've been very accommodating. When new hay came in I couldn't recognize it, I had asked if they had orchard grass and is the reason I moved in, I asked for rules, they were ignored, but found out no turnout in both arena's, very little cleaning of paddocks for several months, awful atmosphere, very unreasonable person, cleaners/feeders leave every 3 months, new one don't know how to feed by weight, you are expected to put up and shut up. I noticed my cat was agitated and she had her paw on her crate where I could see her nails were not clipped. I questioned Jan and said she just did not do it because she tried to bite her. She also did not brush her rear because my cat would not let her. I have never had a complaint from any groomer or from Jan before. Jan verbally abused me in front of a customer while trying again as I was holding my cat telling me not to tell my cat she was ok. Jan's voice rose and said I am not doing this while you are telling her it is ok to bite me. Strange experience. Will not ever recommend this groomer. I so agree with Joel H. post on Nov 7, 2025. Ryan trimmed my horses for the first time yesterday. I was already impressed that he responded…read moreright away when I first reached out, not the "Can I get back to you tomorrow" and never hear from them. Also, that he confirmed appointment a few days prior, showed up 15 min early. I had my groomer/assistant trainer out there to help with the horses ( haltering, keeping them standing still, etc)as there were 11 trims to get done, with several being yearlings ( 13 in total, but 2 did not need trims yet) and he got all 11 trims done plus looked at the other 2 horses, in about 3 hours (which was also great, since every other farrier could not get all of them done in the same day, so we always had to schedule them in two sessions) or like my last farrier, he would just do what he called a "clip" and not do a "full trim', no rasping edges etc, just leaving it looking unfinished or only getting 3 done or some other issue that would just prolong things and cause trims to get behind schedule. I would have been okay with Ryan needing to break it up into two sessions because what is most important to me is a gentle & patient farrier that gives the horses the time they need so they learn the proper way. I may not always have a helper there, but he seems to be willing and capable to still be able to be patient, effiecient and gentle by himself without help....So far so good! I would recommend him:)

She starts getting excited when we pull down the street and can barely contain herself as she drags me in to greet everyone. Every employee I have meet has been so nice, caring, and helpful. They are vigilant about making sure all dogs are current on their shots. Phoebe loves to play in the water and they always offer to dry her off before sending her home. Phoebe enjoys going so much that I feel guilty when I don't send her. A tired dog is a good dog! Great for getting exercise and social skills. We will soon be trying out their training.
