After going to several for different reasons, and then finding Chris..He has all my trust and faith he will do what he can for me. Last year I was in a terrible auto accident where I had what they called the hangman's break in my neck. I broke c1,c2,c3,t1,t2. And a few other fractures in different locations. After going to in-house PT at Waccamaw, who also were outstanding. It was time to go back to outpatient PT. So called Chris, explained what was going on, and that I would not trust anyone else with my recovery. That I was still alive was a miracle in itself, and I trusted no one else to take care of me. No driving, no social life unless someone took me out. I went to another ortho doctor for to a second surgery who told me "I waited too long. but, I'll do the best I can". The second surgery did not help my chronic pain and I currently walk with a cane. When I went to Dr. Bohan in August, he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted him to operate again. The pain was SO BAD that I just went home after one day. Ten days later, when I was able to see my pain doctor, they worked with me, tried different medications until they found something that worked and relieved my severe pain. If a doctor can do the procedure correctly, that's good. But it doesn't end there. I have a VERY low tolerance for physical pain, so my experience was awful.
