I have implants may have to have top pulled and have a bone deviation from abcess or structure problem and no molars on other side to hold them in I am 76 and they pulled them when I was 19 that's sick I could have had crowns now. lived in the wrong generation. Upon getting the orders I was very apprehensive because of previously having to undergo Spinal taps. They all including Dr, Johnson very patiently assured me the procedure would be nothing like the spinal tap. Up until the day of my procedure they continued to assure me it would be ok. On the day of my procedure I was still so worried. Dr. Johnson took the time to sit down and explain the procedure to me before hand. The nurse had also reassured me during the intake process it would be just fine. The procedure went just as they said. I hardly knew when it was done and the doctor was awesome in helping me to relax and explaining every step as it was performed. The only negative was the scheduling nurse was out of the office and I have yet to receive my next appointment. The office and restroom facilities were clean. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and professional. That might sound like a small thing, but after being sent to other places in the past, it makes a big difference walking into somewhere that actually feels like a proper medical office instead of something run down or questionable. I saw Dr. Sunil Aurora, and he was excellent. Very professional, thorough, and--most importantly--he took the time to clearly explain how the procedure works and what to expect going forward. No rushing, no talking over your head--just straight, understandable information. Right now, we're waiting on confirmation from the VA to approve coverage for four treatments, so that's the next step. But based on this first visit, I feel comfortable and confident moving forward with them. If the treatment side matches the first impression, this is going to be a solid place for care.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Blair, and the experience was just as bad as the first. Patients are told to arrive early, even established patients who already completed everything online, only to sit in the waiting room 45 minutes past their appointment time before even being called back. Then another 20+ minute wait just to see the doctor for about 30 seconds, only to be told he would be back. After that, another 25-minute wait before he finally returned for an injection (he's gotta sneak in those extra 2 or 3 appointments). Dr. Blair has zero bedside manner, came across arrogant, dismissive, and immediately pushed surgery on a 46-year-old patient while claiming there were "no other options." I've never met a doctor so dismissive. What makes that even more concerning is that I sought a second opinion and was, in fact, given another treatment option. At no point did I feel like my pain or concerns were taken seriously. Isn't a doctor's job supposed to include treating pain and helping patients explore options instead of brushing them aside? The entire interaction felt rushed, cold, and transactional. OrthoSC feels like a run-of-the-mill greed factory where volume and money matter more than patient care. The lack of communication, respect for patients' time, and overall professionalism was incredibly disappointing. I gave them two chances, and they failed both times. I would never allow anyone from this practice to operate on me. If you are dealing with shoulder issues, I highly recommend Dr. William Greer. He was compassionate, patient, answered every question without acting annoyed, and actually spent time with me -- about 15 minutes, which felt like a completely different experience compared to OrthoSC.

Back pedaling; could be this or could be that no clear solution. I had already tried everything that they recommend for pain with no relief. So here I am almost 3 years later with daily pain and a knee that is 100% worse than before the surgery. Wouldn't risk using these doctors in case something goes wrong.
