A couple days later their ruling was that they were not responsible for the damage (a nearly $4000 repair) to my "unsecured item". I would urge caution for others, in sharing my situation I have already heard of two other stories of similar damages with denied claims at this same location. This is a direct quote from the owner's response to a different review: 'As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, "We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old." ' I fall into this category on all counts and still the claim was denied. I don't like to post bad reviews, but these unethical business practices need to be shared.

Could be great if they re-invested in a better customer experience and new equipment--especially since I prefer self-serve hand car washes over drive-thru (saves on cost and I can wash it the way I want). There were tons of these places when I was in SoCal--almost one in every street corner--but this seems to be the only one of its kind here in Cypress/NW Houston. I went there to wash my car, I deposited $5 in tokens into the machine and started washing my car, not even a minute into the wash and the whole computer shut off completely and would not work anymore. There are signs that say to report a problem call 281-550-4953 so I called the number about 20 times and every time I called it was a busy tone. Also when the machines do work you'll have to spend about $1.50-$2 just to wash all the mud out the way for you to walk unless you want a chunk of mud on your shoes and brought in the car when you get in. So if you don't wanna get your money taken and not be able to get your car washed then I suggest staying away from this shit hole.

He did a great job, was very nice, and the price was perfect. He made a new customer and I'll refer him to anyone. Review update: Jay came out and replaced the coil overs and rear brakes on my car. He didn't finish and said he would be back. A month ago. A month of me calling and texting with no response. Meanwhile I have front coil overs that were never adjust properly and a loud clunk from one of them. I would assume at this point he is just ghosting next because he doesn't want to finish the job that I paid him for. Unless I hear back from him with a good explanation of why he couldn't use the phone for a month, I'll leave this review up as a warning for others. Second update: Miraculously the day after I posted the previous update, Jay contacted me. The months worth of text messages and calls weren't enough I guess. He said he was sick and would let me know when he would be able to come by. It's coming up on a month since that message and still no contact from him. Not even after I asked if he couldn't finish the work to just tell me. It's a shame that it got to this point, he seemed reputable at first. But now I'm stuck with a half assed job that I need to take somewhere else to get finished.
