Russell displayed 13 images of his meticulous attn to details. The result is spectacular! If you look at the final images, you can see the blue metallic grains in the Taycan's jet black coating: it looks celestial! Every new car owner should order the detailing from Russell, when your vehicle leaves the dealership---your vehicle's colors will be greatly enhanced. Actually, any vehicle: classic, aged or new will shine!

I don't know of anyone else in the Houston area who are offering the Zaino treatment, much less mobile service. Russell and his team have come out to Sugar Land and spent multiple hours each time applying Zaino to my cars. The results are always amazing. When I traded in my one of my cars recently, I got top value for my trade in, much higher than I anticipated. This was because the paint was in excellent shape and inside was spotless. Recently they began offering XPel paint protection film installs. XPel is one of the best films on the market right now. When I bought my new SUV recently, my first call was to Russell. Within the week he was at my house to install the xpel paint protection film and apply 2 layers of Zaino to protect my brand new car. There were swirls that came with the new car (dealerships are the worst) - gone after Russell and his team were done. Russell and his team stand behind their work 100%. I won't trust my cars to anyone else.

One star because zero isn't an option…read more I went in to pick up my sign today. Aside from the fact there were air bubbles where the graphic was glued to the foam core, IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. When I asked why it was orange and not red, I was told that that was the way it was on the graphic. No. It wasn't. I designed the graphic. I know exactly what color codes I used. I asked him (Sergio, the owner) to open the file. We pulled up the color and it was #FF0000 or RGB 255/0/0. Both of which are PURE RED. He continued to insist the design is at fault and had the gall to say, "If you were a graphic artist, you would understand." This, before he knew I was the designer. I've been using Photoshop for over 20 years, I know what TF I'm doing. He continued to argue, even after verifying the codes. I left and THANKFULLY I hadn't paid for anything in advance. But I first sent my son back in to get my thumb drive. He comes back and says Sergio threw it at him! I went around the corner to a local shop, where the guy loaded my artwork. He said, "Hmm. That looks red." After he opened the codes, "Yeah, that's red." Oh I'm so angry. Just admit you screwed up. Don't insult my intelligence. Don't ASSUME your customers don't know graphic design. Oh, it gets better. After I dropped off the art, he sent me an email trying to charge me an extra $30 for "additional labor" to cut a square from the center of the print. Uh, no. I detailed 100% of my project on my initial contact and BEFORE I was given a quote. After calling his attention to this he did agree to waive the fee, but still!

Look No Further, Go to Kenneth's! If you've been going to the dealership, STOP!! Here's why…read more Today I came in stressed. My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks. Kenneth's Car Care has earned all my future business for brakes, heat, oil changes, and more. Don't waste your time and money at the dealership or another repair shop. Come here first. You will be glad you did.

This is probably the worse shop in Kingwood for body work. Customer beware. If I give them credit…read morefor anything positive, the paint looks pretty good on my car. Other than that they totally failed. The day the car was towed in I met with a service tec who told me they would start tearing down the truck the next day to do an estimate. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called. I was told my service tech no longer worked there. I told the lady on the phone, "that's your problem not mine." So then I got a new service tech who repeatedly mislead me, missed deadlines, never retuned calls. What's more, I told him I had an aftermarket grill panel and was told that State Farm would only pay for Ford stock items. So I told him, I had the original chrome Ford grill out in my garage and they could use that one and I dropped it off. He asked if they should compare my old grill to the one they were ordering from a used parts house and I said NO. When I came to finally pick up my truck they had used the new used grill anyway. The cost was only $288, and since I had waited 6 weeks for my truck I just decided to take it anyway. Then a few days later I get a final estimate from State Farm and that $288 grill now cost $950!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's plastic and I plan to remove it anyway and replace with the aftermarket grill. So State Farm is the one being ripped off. Maybe I should just let it go but it galls me that they would rip everyone off at the last minute. My final bill went up $2000! That is just criminal. I have no idea if a guy named Kenneth still owns the place but if he does, he must own a mansion and have membership at Kingwood Country Club with all the scammed money he has made. 1 star is the lowest and that is what Kenneth's gets. Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!
