I emailed Unique for the details and got a very prompt response. Owner said stop by the store to set up the details. The cycle is one week. We chose Friday for pick-up and drop off. They also offer Tuesday pickup drop off cycle. I've had to buy a few extra uniform pieces to make this work but for me, it's worth it. So far so good. I put my bag out last Friday and and it was picked up in the afternoon as expected. My clean clothes were returned. I haven't noted the prices as of yet. Dry cleaners charge me 3X what they charge hubby for almost identical pieces. Been fighting that battle for 20 years. So far, so good. I'm a fan.

However, they recently went above and beyond for my mother and I. We had a wedding to go to and needed her suit tailored STAT but when we walked in there they were slammed with prom dresses (prom season). It was a Tuesday and we needed it done by Saturday. I also dropped off a bridesmaid dress and 2 pairs of pants that I would not need until the end of the month (a good 3 weeks). They promised that the suit would be done in time and that was good enough for us. When we went to pick it up, my bridesmaid dress and 2 pants were done also! They rushed up that process as well because they knew I had to head back up to Gainesville. Totally unexpected and appreciated.
