I was told that the reason for this is they never skimp on the quality of their parts and only get the best. Then the wait for the starter to be put in after parts arrived, around 2 weeks. After starter was installed was told, oops it was not the starter at all but in actuality it is a sensor. Go 5 months on their expertise. Car does not start again. Same symptoms that brought me to them originally. Call them to discuss it they say well it could be the fuel pump. Who would want to allow their car to be used as an experimental science project? Either they use used junk parts, they know nothing about diagnosing a car and play the roulette hit or miss or this is how they survive by charging you for multiple bandaides and never getting to the actual problem. Who needs to waste your investment of time and money with zero guarantees. I'm open minded but on this one DON'T STOP just keep going to another establishment

They want to charge over $400. the storage is triple what is allowed by law in all major cities in New York state, including NYC. NYC has a max storage of $25/day. They charge $60/day. They lied about how they price their towing. They try to keep your plates if you dont pay. This is ILLEGAL and, as they say, "we have always done this." Well now the county sherriff is involved in recovering our plates.
