In fact Song told me he painted my house last time. The prep work was detailed and meticulous and they were on time at 8:30 am everyday. It was a hot week but they soldier on. I admire their work ethic. My neighbor grows a lot of edible plants on her lot and was concerned about the wind blowing some chemicals over her vegetables. Lopez was able to put up a plastic canopy over the fence all the way to the back of the lot. I was amazed that they could do that and my neighbors were very grateful. They cleaned up well and the house looks wonderful now. Thanks for a great job!

Even though our drywall issue wasn't urgent, we did want to take care of it as soon as possible. I was a little leery about hiring an unknown person who has such few reviews, but our previous go-to person has proven to take shortcuts and do a poor job. We contacted Ash on a Saturday afternoon/evening and he came the next day (Sunday morning). Ash was easy to work with and very easy to discuss our needs. He answered every single question we had, and he was very generous with his knowledge; he explained what products he was using and what purpose they served. He gave us a fair estimate and didn't change the price after the job was done. I felt as though he has a lot of integrity and compassion for people who need budget-friendly assistance, and you can genuinely tell he wants to help others. He under-promised and over-delivered, very respectful, and pleasant to work with. We just had our house painted by Valle Painting, and it looks like a brand new house! We got quotes…read morefrom 3 different vendors, and Julio, the owner, came out, looked over the house, and gave a reasonable quote that included replacing some areas with rotten wood, and patching some stucco that had fallen off. While his quote was very similar to another vendor's quote (the third was outrageous), we went with Julio because of his apparent experience, and we do not regret it. We arranged a date that would work for us both, and he and his crew were on time, and got to work. After some of the prep work, he pointed out some additional areas with rotten wood that we hadn't noticed, and gave us a very good deal on replacing them, as they weren't included in the original quote (other vendors I would expect would use this opportunity to overcharge since we were already committed). He also asked if we wanted our concrete porch to be painted, which we hadn't even considered as a possibility, and again, gave us a good deal on it. His crew was skilled and paid attention to details. His time estimate was very accurate as well (it took 6 days including the power washing), and at the end, his crew went around the house to do touchups on things that were missed. We highly recommend Valle painting if you want to get your house painted. In the end, even with the additional work, the cost wound up being the same as the quote from our second vendor choice. We definitely picked the right people to do the job.
