This family owned camp is filled with a love and passion for an incredible one of a kind summer experience. Their staff are highly trained and qualified, their communication is exceptional and the experiences for their campers can't be matched. They have plans for rainy days and extra hot days to give the kids a fun, safe experience no matter what. Younger campers come home with all sorts of great projects and older campers even get to go on trips. Also, my kids learned to swim and have confidence and a love of the water because of RRDC. Because they are located on Mill River they also offer boating and water activities beyond a pool. During the summer parents get to come watch their kids perform on stage for song and plaque day and for a show. They encourage the kids to try new things which I love. But sometimes the new people who occasionally come in to take over a production are not very professional, and unfortunately the quality of the production suffers, which I have seen on several occasions. Most of their client are over the age of 60, so if you are going to start seeing shows there, don't expect anything too contemporary or unusual. The theater itself is comfortable and newly refurbished with new seats and paint, and the stage is a decent size. I have had a lot of fun times at The Stage. Some of the more fun shows are in their Children's Theater, which always bring in tons of kids. I would recommend it more for families to come see the children's theater than some of the mainstage productions!

No seating provided for adults, no help from employees for party setup or handing out food. I was told I could hand my decor to an employee who will set it up, which I did, but it was not set up by the time we got back from the gym and there was no one even in the room. The playtime in the gym was not at all facilitated or organized as they said it would be, it was basically just like an open play session. The employees seemed like they've never worked with children before, and seemed bothered to be doing so. If you are looking for a venue to take the stress out of planning, I would not recommend this gym for a birthday party. That being said, thankfully the kids had a great time because we finally broke the "no adults on the floor" rule and started making the fun for them.
