Extremely dishonest and have no quality of their work whatsoever. Had my truck there 3 times for a…read moredent that is still noticeable not to mention the horrible paint job they did. Lots of dirt in the paint and when I said about it I was told that was common. No body shop can paint anything without getting dirt in it. Sanded and buffed it. Can still see the dent as well as the area they claimed to have repaired. Left swirl's all thru the paint from them doing their dirt in paint fix. They broke my window and vent shade. Actually left it that way and didn't say anything until I noticed it in which they did replace the window but I had to replace the vent shade that was broken. Door handle was not tightened flopped all over if you tried to open the door. Now the door locks on the door they had apart stopped working. Took it back in and asked if they would fix the dent correctly this time and was told the manager would look at it. They fixed the door lock and told me they block sanded over the dent. When I picked the truck up it looked worse than what it did when I dropped it off. I walked inside and asked for the person who was handling everything. His name was Kris. He wouldn't even speak to me he went and got his manager. Me and the manager walked out and I pointed out everything that was still wrong and he agreed that it looked bad and when I asked if he was going to actually try to have it repaired correctly he got an attitude and told me no and I said that perhaps getting the money back for this and he started screaming at me that he was going to kick my ass and to get off his property. Apparently that's how they treat their customers. But as soon as the little fella realized he wasn't very intimidating and his temper tantrum wasn't working he ran back across the parking lot still screaming things and acting like a little baby until he went inside. He really made Cummings motors proud that day. Guessing he must beat his wife or husband when he is at home. But. I would 100% tell anyone looking to get any work done on their vehicle to look elsewhere. They are extremely overpriced and there is 0 quality control or pride at that business. The little angry manager even went as far as to make up a different story about this whole ordeal then what that Kris guy who hid told me. Crooks and cowards is what they need to be called

A genuinely aggravating and disappointing buying experience. I drove over two hours to see a…read morevehicle that was specifically scheduled for us. We arrived, test‑drove it, inspected it, talked numbers, and went through the entire financing process. My bank even attempted to send funds same‑day, but we were told the finance department had already gone home -- at 4 PM, which was baffling. So we arranged for the bank to send the funds with a 48‑hour posting window. At no point during any of this were we told that we wouldn't be able to take the vehicle home the same day because of the transfer timeline. That detail was dropped on us only at the very end. Still, we agreed to come back once the funds cleared and pick up the vehicle. Then the very next day, I got a call saying the car had been sold the night before -- and that there had been another appointment for it after ours. Meaning while we were actively agreeing to purchase the vehicle, they already knew someone else was lined up to see it. The bare minimum would have been to suggest placing a hold on the vehicle until pickup. Tyler, the salesman, was polite, but clearly inexperienced -- only three months in and it showed. Hopefully he doesn't learn from manager Christian, who offered zero transparency and even less problem‑solving. This was a complete waste of time, gas, and energy. I'd rather go back into the military than deal with an experience like this again. Do not recommend.
