Extremely dishonest and have no quality of their work whatsoever. Had my truck there 3 times for a…read moredent that is still noticeable not to mention the horrible paint job they did. Lots of dirt in the paint and when I said about it I was told that was common. No body shop can paint anything without getting dirt in it. Sanded and buffed it. Can still see the dent as well as the area they claimed to have repaired. Left swirl's all thru the paint from them doing their dirt in paint fix. They broke my window and vent shade. Actually left it that way and didn't say anything until I noticed it in which they did replace the window but I had to replace the vent shade that was broken. Door handle was not tightened flopped all over if you tried to open the door. Now the door locks on the door they had apart stopped working. Took it back in and asked if they would fix the dent correctly this time and was told the manager would look at it. They fixed the door lock and told me they block sanded over the dent. When I picked the truck up it looked worse than what it did when I dropped it off. I walked inside and asked for the person who was handling everything. His name was Kris. He wouldn't even speak to me he went and got his manager. Me and the manager walked out and I pointed out everything that was still wrong and he agreed that it looked bad and when I asked if he was going to actually try to have it repaired correctly he got an attitude and told me no and I said that perhaps getting the money back for this and he started screaming at me that he was going to kick my ass and to get off his property. Apparently that's how they treat their customers. But as soon as the little fella realized he wasn't very intimidating and his temper tantrum wasn't working he ran back across the parking lot still screaming things and acting like a little baby until he went inside. He really made Cummings motors proud that day. Guessing he must beat his wife or husband when he is at home. But. I would 100% tell anyone looking to get any work done on their vehicle to look elsewhere. They are extremely overpriced and there is 0 quality control or pride at that business. The little angry manager even went as far as to make up a different story about this whole ordeal then what that Kris guy who hid told me. Crooks and cowards is what they need to be called

I had a hit and run at a local store. They messed up my front bumper and took a headlight out…read more Cummings did a great job on my Ram. Will definitely be going to them for all my vehicles body needs.

! BUYERS BEWARE ! THEY FAKE THEIR OWN REVIEWS! I want to make it clear, the management here uses…read morescare tactics to get you to remove your HONEST review! I would strongly recommend avoiding Blaise Alexander in Altoona if you're shopping for a vehicle. I purchased a car from them, and the very next day it started throwing multiple codes. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they've fought me every step of the way. After I left an honest Google review about my experience, I received a phone call asking me to remove it, with promises that they would "make things right." That never happened. In fact, things only got worse from there. While shopping for the vehicle, I had mentioned that I was interested in possibly working at a dealership someday. After they saw my negative review, they suddenly called me in for what I believed was a job interview. It quickly became obvious it was not a real interview at all -- it felt more like an attempt to intimidate or scold me over my review. Very little was discussed about employment, and most of the conversation focused on my complaints and online review. Using scare tactics against a customer over a review feels extremely sketchy and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when they told me to bring the car in for service, they admitted they had no Kia knowledge, no Kia diagnostic tools, and no proper equipment to even work on the vehicle. So why have me drop the car off in the first place? They ended up sending me across the road to Kia instead. Honestly, I'd recommend the Kia dealership over Blaise Alexander any day. The entire experience has felt shady from start to finish. When I expressed frustration over buying a vehicle that immediately had issues, I was met with attitude and backtalk instead of customer service. Damien, the salesperson who sold me the car, actually cussed at me multiple times on the sales floor in front of managers -- and it's all on camera. During the sale, he constantly talked badly about his own managers and dealership, saying things like "these guys know nothing" and telling me not to accept certain offers. At the time I thought he was being honest with me, but once problems started happening with the car, the entire attitude changed. They repeatedly threw it in my face that they "lost money" on the sale and acted like that somehow excused refusing to help me. That is not my problem as a customer. If you sell reliable vehicles, situations like this don't happen. I spent a large amount of money on a vehicle and expected basic reliability and customer service. Instead, I was treated like a problem for speaking up about legitimate concerns. Buyers beware -- this dealership does not stand behind the vehicles they sell, and in my experience, they use intimidation tactics when customers speak out. At this point someone higher than the local branch management needs to reach out to me! They also fake reviews BEWARE!!

They showed me one on their computer that I wanted to look at but then couldn't find it on the lot. They then said that it was getting painted. I went back and forth on text messages waiting for the car to be available to see and after multiple days I was told it would be in the next morning. I let the salesperson know that I was coming in to see the car the next morning. Then the I got a message that the car became available the night before and they sold it. VERY UNPERFESSIONAL I have done business at the Blaise Alexander in State College and never had a problem. I will never go back to the one in Altoona, it is poorly run. I then went to another dealer and purchased 2 cars for my kids.
