They were the only company that answered their phone on Sunday and although they couldn't get me the day of they were able to fit me in the next day in the afternoon. Called around looking for a new cleaning service, and The owner Alexandra was very nice and quoted me 350 for a Deep Clean .I had asked them if they could try and get this wax off my tile floor so I didn't have to pay 1300. They made several runs to Home Depot to buy stripper for the tile that they neglected other stuff. The master bedroom was not cleaned . There was no dusting, moping or vacuuming, the area rugs in one of the hall ways was left dirty. My kitchen was not cleaned there was stuff all over the floor the trash was not taken out. And I heard one of the cleaning ladies complaining that my downstairs smelled when I live in a brand new construction house and you can still smell the paint on the walls VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and over charge for services. After all this I get my bill for 360 when I told 350. No will not use them again read more

This is the worst cleaning service ever! My fiancé called for service for our rental. They charged an excessive amount of hours and missed multiple items. If they had actually finished I wouldn't have a problem with the pricing. I called another service to finish the job! The missed switches, drawers, the floors were not completely clean, and they cleaned one exposed sides of the blinds but not the ones facing the windows. My biggest problem was the fact there was still hair everywhere. We will never use this service again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! read more

I recently moved in, and requested a deep clean. Prior landlord left the place a mess. I work, so I coordinated the schedule with chris and had my family friend oversee the work. At first, I was unsatisfied at the service. I notified chris and he got on it and made amends. I learned also, its best that a single point of contact set up and oversee the cleaning. So, I left it to my friend (who knows about cleaning) to communicate with chris, and oversee the cleaning. Job well done. Chris is fantastic, as he is courteous, and does everything he can to make it right. No company is perfect, but the fact they went to every effort to do a job well done exemplifies there commitment to great service and customer satisfaction. Alexandra (Alex) the owner was very professional and honest over the phone. I even offered her more money to come sooner and she refused. I was in desperate need of a deep cleaning after I remodeled my home! My house was covered in dust from installing hardwood. The flooring guys left my home in complete disarray. It was 1700 sq ft of dirt, dust, and absolute filth. I wasn't sure if Proficient Clean would be able to get my house livable in one day. The workers were still finishing up when Alex and her team arrived. She got right in and went to work. Thank God because I was distraught and sleep deprived from the stressful remodel. I just wanted my house back! She saw my stress and told me "everything's going to be fine" Lol. Obviously Alex has dealt with situations like this before because she took the reins. She had a plan for the dust removal. They started upstairs and worked their way down. The walls literally had to be washed because the wood dust was EVERYWHERE. If I could give Proficient Clean 10 stars I would!!! I had an emergency over the weekend in which my normal housekeeping service was unable to come on such late notice on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted several companies, and everyone was booked. I spoke with Alex from Proficient Clean and she did everything she could to help me that day. She was completely booked but offered to have her cleaning lady June come by Saturday evening for 4 hours if it wouldn't be too late. Alex was able to accommodate my emergency and tailored pricing to my specific needs. Alex was such a pleasure to work with and gave me such peace of mind. Please read before booking!!! I needed cleaning for a move out. I scheduled them several days in advance and gave them a deposit (which they required (Never give a deposit on service work-wait to pay after the work is completed and u are satisfied with the work). I had to go to work but my husband was home. Long story short: the cleaner said they were waiting at the gates of the apt complete. Husband went out there n waited, no one was there. He is the one who had to contact them vs the cleaner or company calling to say they couldn't get in, so supposedly she left (now we were left with an apt that needed to be cleaned for the walk though the next day (too late to get someone else). The person I spoke to on the phone about this was not helpful at all. The next day I spoke to the owner who both her and her employee demonstrated their ability to lie. I was suppose to have 2 cleaners come and clean for 2 1/2 hours (total of 5 hours of work). So when I pointed out to the owner that both she and her employee referred to the cleaning lady who was "supposedly" there it was in singular. So when I told Venza that it was supposed to be 2 cleaner she said how did I know that there weren't 2 there. I told her that she referred to the cleaning lady as she not them when saying that she was there (obviously trying to lie to me to cover her tracks-I paid for 2 cleaners). I had to cancel my payment with credit card company to ensure they would not charge me for their no show. This is a shady company luckily I found a cleaning lady that will show up and not make for a gigantic time waste and delays costing resources. read more

Alex from proficiency clean responded quickly to my request for a deep one time house cleaning. Even during the busy holiday Christmas season, she herself can over with one other cleaner to get the job done. She did a quick walk through and we agreed on what was to be done. She estimated 4 hours and a fair price. My husband stayed home that day I had to work. They cleaned everything we asked them to. We had asked for the stove, refrigerator and blinds to be included. They actually stayed 5 hours to get everything clean. We paid extra for-the extra hour , which I believe was worth it. When I came home from work (I had to inspect everything) oh course... lol I found everything I asked for clean and , with a few exceptions. I had to wipe off the kitchen counters there was a film left behind kinda sandy. The bathroom shower floor I had to bleach and scrub , but then the shower looked great. Also noticed the floors could of been steam cleaned better some spots look like they used a dirty steam rag . Everything else look great stove, refrigerator, blinds sparkling clean!! Schedule these guys to come and provide a deep clean and carpet cleaning the week before my schedule service for move out for 8am on a Monday morning. 815 rolls around no show no call. I call the office he says she is at the gate waiting I walk to the gate and no one is their. I call back he says she is waiting still at the gate and has been for 15 minutes? I walk back down and still no one at the gate. I call back and he says she is waiting at the second gate. My apartment does not have two sets of gates I tell him. He hangs up and then calls me back 20 min later saying she decided to leave even though obviously she wasn't at the correct address. I ask for a refund on my deposit since they are not showing up or bothering to get another cleaner maybe that can follow GPS or directions to get to a property. He tells me he can't get another person and it will be later in the week for a reason schedule. I ask for a refund and says he is unable to authorize it because he is not the owner even though he introduced himself as Dillan, then changed to DJ after this cluster came up. These guys are shaddy and now I'm in a bind with the land lord for a dirty unit. Wow all that stuff about meditation on good didn't do them much good bc they scammed me!!!!! read more

I was moving out of my rental house a few months ago. I talked to Chris, great guy to talk to by the way, but when the cleaners showed up...about 2-3 hours later because they had another home to finish. Chris did call me about it. The quote I got was all wrong, instead of $250 I was quoted, it because $450 with the cleaning and carpet cleaning. The cleaners had to clean the house 3 times in order to have it done. During my walk thru with my landlord, they missed all the kitchen drawers and cabinet and the oven and also the drawers in all 3 bathrooms. Sorry but I paid way too much for them to miss all of those items. Again, Chris had a very good communication with me but after awhile I just wanted this to be over. Please don't quote a lower price and then half way done add more money and time to cleaning the house. I could have gone to someone else but the 5 -star rating made me decided to use this place, boy was I in for a surprise. At first, this company was great: responsive office team, great cleaners. Over the past six months, though, they've canceled at the last moment, had cleaners who didn't put basic things back in place, took several days to answer complaints, and changed to a lackadaisical voice mail message ("Hey, you've missed us; well, we missed you, too!"). They couldn't seem to keep it straight who in our home should be the main contact person or to whom they should send the bills. It's as if they don't use a computer to keep track of basic information. Oh, and they mailed back the keys instead of offering to drop the keys off when someone was home. I get that there are times when emergencies prevent cleaners from coming, but the emergencies were averaging one/month the past six months. I am so disappointed. read more

I have been so happy with this service! Chris is a doll to work with. I have a chronic lung disease and can't do the dusting, but can't live with it either. Everyone that has come to my home has been great, but Claudia just blows me away. She cleans my home as if it were her own. and she is so kind and efficient. She's a keeper for sure! I've been using Proficient Clean for several months and they are great! When I first tried them in November, I had some scheduling trouble. But when I reached out to them again in March, things went much better. Since then, I've had June come every other week to clean. Cleaning quality was average, but speed was below average. It took 3 hours to get through only the kitchen and 2 bathrooms (without the floor being mopped). Considering the amount of time it took, we were also a little surprised that the countertop was not wiped under items, such as the soap dispenser. read more
