I was a little nervous to see what would be left as I went around 3pm, but when I got there it didn't disappoint. The workers are so friendly and welcoming to help out a seafood lover like me! I wanted some blue crabs and shrimp to eat so I opted for the X-Large males a dozen ($89) and some X-Large shrimp to be steamed. I also made sure I grabbed some snow crabs and shrimp to go in my freezer to save for later seafood cravings. When I tell you the fisherman hooked me up! Ba...by he hooked me up! I bought a dozen and the "extras" he threw in were about 8 extra! I was like wow this is what I'm talking about custmer service above and beyond! As I waited for my deliciousness to be steamed to perfection I grabbed some corn and shrimp and clam chowders. And they were so tasty I can't wait to go back to get more. My seafood took about 30 mins to steam and I just took in the ambience of all the scenery of the wharf which is even when cold a great as I waited. You already know I will be back! Seafood is LIFE!

Crab was fresh and powdered with seasoning, shrimp was steamed amd had a sweet flavor, and the corn was corn although that may be hard to mess up anywhere. I will admit I was new to blue crabs and had one of the guys behind the counter teach me how to eat them, which thankfully they had the hammers and claws to actually eat them. My parents picked up a half bushel of mixed mediums to kick off the start of summer and they were bussin. Heavy, meaty, juicy, and delicious. Captain white seafood city-…read more I had not been here previously but off a neighbors recommendation decided to try it , my family and I went to get some steamed crabs,they had alot of them in varying sizes and genders, we settled with large and a few extra large both genders, then we had to go out back to pick up the crabs from the steaming station, while this was going on, I then went to the fish side and helped a relative pick out some shrimp and fish, the cashier grace/gracie was very helpful and let us know about our options and choices and made the experience seamless she told us we can even take the fish fillets to the butcher and they'll debone them and filet them which is a great service to offer especially if you are pressed for time! my only critique was it smelled very fishy in there and not in a fun way , and I've been to other full service seafood and fish markets and there wasn't one but others a good experience and I would go back.

Not the prettiest things either--rusty, ugly little shells--but don't let that fool you. Honeyyyy, they were sweet, juicy, and packed with meat! I absolutely indulged with zero regrets. And let's talk about that butter I ordered on the side... whew! That just took everything over the top. Shoutout to the guys at Jesse Taylor--they did their thing! I have been here over 3 dozen times atleast. I always grab a sandwich and have venture into their homemade pizza dough, pasta sauces, baked goods and more. I've never had anything bad here over several years. They have an online ordering service which makes pick up a lot more easier. Sometimes when it's busy you can expect to wait 20-30 mins on your sandwich, so i usually order in advance. Parking can be touch and go sometimes but there's a free parking garage (up to 3 hours) around the corner.
