She asked what I was looking for and then rattled off names of what she thought would work and what was included. I was told on the phone that insurance covered some of this but now I was told no it didn't. I asked for prices or something in writing so I could compare the options, as I would never remember the names and combos of injections. She looked for a folder and didn't have one, nor did her receptionist. The owner then made me a copy of the injection names (with no prices) and said I could check online. Umm ok. I was offered a vitamin B injection for 50 something dollars before I left "to try". Not giving up hope, I emailed the receptionist to see if she could send me info and never got a response. I walked out feeling like I had wasted 2 hours of time, with travel, for no information. I did appreciate the discounts for nurses though. Just seemed extremely disorganized.

I have been struggling with losing weight all of my life and at one point I said I just didn't care anymore. However, three years ago, I started getting serious about being healthy.
