They never tried the cell phone number listed on my invoices. It sucked, and it was my fault, but when I called to see if I could get my coverage reinstated I was told "you can pay if you want, but that doesn't mean your insurance is going to get reinstated". You sell insurance and you don't know if we can fix this or not? I have rarely been treated like such an annoyance. I complained, so they called to apologize for my bad experience but ask me to" acknowledge that they had returned my call". I guess I'm happy to provide a verbal that nothing is again their fault if it makes them feel better. It was humiliating. Almost two decades with them and they made me cry on the way to work.
