Warning, SCAM! To be clear, they are a real business. The issue isn't the product(s) they offer but the blatant lack of transparency and honestly. Doctor's and staff will be nice to your face, get your trust and encourage you to do way more treatments than you ever imagined. They had the friendliest doctors I have ever has the opportunity to meet. They asked good questions and were patient with my long answers. I felt so heard.. yeah... I signed a $2700 contract without knowing it. Not one person ever asked me if I wanted to do it or about my input. Just asked how I would like to pay lol. I have felt tired, depressed, anxious, and been OCD most of my life and just thought that was normal and generational. Within 45 minutes (before any testing), Dr. Bouquette was already telling me things that I hadn't heard from my primary care doctors over the years and giving me hope. After tests, I learned even more from Dr. Davis, and it has all been a game changer. Turns out I'm not crazy and how I was feeling didn't have to be my normal. They take your money and don't do anything of value. Very expensive. They made promises of all kinds and then they don't deliver anything. We tried for three months to get my husband's neck better and to help my lupus and my energy, but nothing worked and they wouldn't give us a refund so don't sign any long-term contracts you'll never get your money back And they do not do anything very specialized at all there. It says on there website they bill medicare directly and yet they charged $7,500 to my credit card and won't tell me what I am paying for so I can clear treatments with my cancer dr 1st. I am a disabled individual and had to put this charge on my card in April and am still having to pay it off and they refuse to respond management and even the owner I've tried to communicate with and with no explanation or response why they made me pay and not bill medicare. It reminded me of a TV program I seen about the Church of Scientology. They want $3500 up front just to get you started. I noticed a health food and supplements store and chiropractor attached to the facility. No telling what you end up spending. I paid my $170 initial fee to have an electrode taped to my foot and hand that supposedly determined my cellular health. They had me provide a urine sample but never retrieved it. My gut was it was a scam at minimum. They try to pressure you to sign up offering financing if needed. I can see desperately ill people failing for the program. They lost my husbands genetic testing but didn't know until we went in for the results. We wasted our time and money and he had to get blood redrawn. We were promised a free over the phone review of these results but when the time of the televisit came, the doctor wouldnt speak to us. And they make you use one of the ND visits and one of the dietician visits to receive your test results. To elaborate further, client services.. good luck. They don't call you back unless you email and call a ridiculous number of times. They had an inexperienced kid draw blood from me who failed to remove the tourniquet from my arm so the blood stopped flowing.. well no fking sh*t. He proceeded to dig the needle around in my arm causing bruising and eventually led to me passing out. I should have known from that moment that this place was bs. Oh also they don't know how to take blood pressure. It's honestly mind blowing that they can't even perform the simplest of tasks. The girl doesn't fully close the cuff so when it expands it never stops because the Velcro isn't secure making it seem like your bp is way higher than what it actually is. Disgraceful. I've had nothing but a great experience here. On my first visit I met with the "intake" person that sat with me in a private room, he asked me tons of questions, important relevant ones and seriously it was a lot. I really liked that. Then I saw a naturopathic doctor. If you're not familiar with this, it's basically a holistic form of treatment vs the patient coming in with their own diagnosis, telling the doctor what it is and the doctor prescribes a drug and that they are paid by the industries to push. I have done blood test, adrenals, and a couple others and have received really detailed results to understand exactly what is going on. They were able to explain to me in depth and really knew what they were talking about. I'm a no BS person and can smell BS miles away and I haven't received any of that here. On my first visit, I was told a few things it might be and if the test results came back as that, then they have supplements that they would recommend. Music to my ears. They have their own store inside the facility and have tons of supplements and pretty much a little shop of all goods there. I've used their vanilla gut support smoothie and I freakin love the taste! Yum guys seriously. One thing that was a little meh was meeting with the nutritionist but only because I already know so much on this end so it was not helpful but for the average person, I would think it would be. Hate to make this a novel but have to tell you that they have a chiropractor, infrared sauna, and so many other treatments there. I met with the chiro, they took a free xray of my shoulder since there was some slight mobility issues compared to my other side. The xray came back and she went over it and found nothing and told me i'm good. She could recommend some things but I ultimately am good. See what I mean, they could have said a whole story to me but didn't. Love that. I am not very impressive by the "medical center". I have been taking my mom there for almost a year to help her recover from the effects of breast cancer treatment. She enjoys going which is why I give it 2 stars...otherwise I would give it only 1 star (I prefer zero stars but that's not an option). They are so unorganized it isn't even funny. The "doctor" (who really isn't even a doctor...she's a naturopath..but she wears a white coat anyway) we see shuffles papers every time we go and then asks us if WE brought any of the information from my mom's last visit. The billing people are equally as unhelpful and unorganized. I have been billed at least 2 twice for services that I did not receive or the bill was inaccurate. Twice I have had to pull check stubs and bank account information to prove their error. Mary, the head of billing, is extremely difficult to reach. I am waiting on a return phone call from her now on yet another incorrect bill and I have been waiting for a call-back for over a week. When you try to address the organization with them, they blame it on a "new system" and things being in two different places/files/systems. After all the months of going there I haven't seen this situation improve. Basically unorganized, unhelpful, unfriendly, unreliable, and won't return calls. I would not recommend. read more

We are so grateful that we found Progressive, thanks to a good friend who is a naturopath and formerly worked with this clinic. Dr. Agolli is affable, smart and helpful. He, like most of his staff, has a big heart and a positive attitude about health and healing. The overall vibe in the clinic is happy and positive. Everyone is very helpful and unusually smart. Great staff !! However, the superstar on the staff in our opinion is Bertie Morris. She is essentially a patient navigator but she is much more than that. Bertie functions like an office manager and tries to keep things moving. In spite of her efforts, we usually wind up spending 5-7 hours in the clinic twice a week. In fairness, my wife is receiving a lot of treatments and they take time. Overall, we have been extremely pleased with Progressive and have referred a couple of people there. In the end, we will not know how successful her post-cancer treatments have been for several months. However, the same could be said for traditional therapies such as chemotherapy........which my wife chose not to do. If you want an integrated, holistic approach to health, try Progressive. If you're looking for some place to THROW AWAY your hard earned money...this is your spot!! I had my initial appointment in July 2018. It is now February 2019 and $2400 later out of my pocket, all I've been told is to try to cut gluten out of my diet to "see" if it "makes me feel better". Not to mention, everything that they recommend as a treatment is a "maybe this" and "let's try this"... and is CONVENIENTLY connected with the supplements that they recommend you buy from the supplement store that's CONNECTED to their facility. This place is weird. I came in specifically looking to do NAD therapy after having done weeks worth of intense research. I get in after being charged $175 and the doctor asks me a bunch of questions about my diet and proceeds to me apparently the same thing everyone else on yelp had heard. "Leaky guy, adrenals, yada yada". Sitting in the waiting room chatting with people everyone the got pretty much the same diagnosis. Which is fine there is some truth there, i can agree to that, but I dont need to pay $800 for additional tests for a Doctor to eventually tell me to change my diet and prescribe some supplements. I've already taken those steps on my own and gone raw food vegan. Anyhow I really wanted to pursue NAD Therapy to assist me with balancing out my Neurotransmitter function, after much research I knew that was the right move for me (which mind you was $3000). I called twice a day, everyday, for a week but no body got back to me. I finally called them again yesterday and was really honest, I said I would really like move forward with therapy asap but if you guys don't want my business I will pursue the next best option. I hope that you are reading this review before they get your money. I am a cancer patient and was looking for some support from a holistic medical team. I am an RN with experience in oncology and critical care. These people have no idea what they are doing. I paid for a package of care, and was billed for visits that I had already paid for. They still owe me money. Worse than that, is the fact that they tried to convince me to do things that would have negatively impacted my cancer. Such as increasing my protein intake. They also tried to convince me that things were wrong with my labs. Most of the labs just had some minor problems that would be easily fixed. I got the impression, quite quickly, that this whole set up was for the purpose of selling their massive array of supplements. There was really no interest in looking at aspects of a natural diet to adjust some of the small issues. They also tried to sell me on their IV treatments. Vitamin C is extremely corrosive to veins. When I told them that I don't really have veins to spare, they suggested that I get a port-a-cath. Seriously? That is not a devise that you want people messing with. At any rate, I knew of a different pathway, and the disappointment on their face was quite clear. All and all, In my opinion, I believe that a cancer patient would be in quite a bit of danger from this facility. I came to Progressive Medical years ago for my Rheumatoid Arthritis that started as a child. I was on many medications throughout my life even cancer drugs and had so many side effects. Progressive was an eye opener as they explained that they needed to find the root cause of the RA. Dr. Bouquette did testing and found that I have celiac disease and leaky gut and need to be on a gluten free diet. I worked with a Naturopathic doctor (Dr. Hubbard) and dietitian (Dawn) who put me through a detox to help clean out my diet, do acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments weekly with Dr. Brinker. I've been going here for 2-3 years and they have definitely helped in some ways. They diagnosed me with hashimotos when my GP ignored my concerns and made diet and lifestyle recommendations that have helped. I have seen other naturopathic practitioners (not at or associated with PMC) and all of them push "their" supplements but I believe that's mainly because that's what they believe will help you/the patient. NDs have a more herbal/natural approach to health which mainly includes diet and lifestyle changes Vs. modern medications/prescriptions. So if you're looking for a naturopathic doctor than all of them will be very similar in this regard, they will recommend/push supplements (whether it's their own personal brand/blend or an already established company) and diet. That's literally their job, mission, and what their education is based around. I believe the practitioners at PMC are transparent (at least the practitioners I've seen) with supplement/treatment recommendations and that sometimes prescriptions are needed/required. I believe the practitioners are educated, do their best/have the best intentions, and make patients' health a priority. Where I believe PMC lacks is their business model. I've spent a lot of money out of pocket and been lucky and able to utilize my insurance to help pay for costs. The company charges for things that are sketchy to me. For instance, I think it's ridiculous that they charge a $100 fee to "have your outside labs read". Since most normal labs are covered by insurance it's ridiculous to charge patients who choose to use a lab that is covered by their insurance or a cheaper provider. They do testing there that is not normally covered by insurance which is a little more understandable but if their practice made the patient the main priority, they wouldn't charge a ridiculous fee like that. But that's a business practice not the doctors that make that decision. I believe they're understaffed which leads to a lot of "administrative" issues, high turnover (which creates misrepresentation and poor and unclear communication among staff and to patients). I've had several staff tell me this throughout my years here. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone (and don't blame COVID-19 because this has occurred since I started there in like 2017). I have been trying to get a copy of a visit invoice for almost 2 months now. When I have gotten someone on the phone they've assured me they were going to send the info to me and I still haven't received it. If you need paperwork like this, a letter of medical necessity, a prescription renewal, etc. MAKE SURE YOU GET IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR VISIT OR YOU MAY NEVER GET IT. Also, I paid $120 for my last visit and just received an EOB from my insurance which stated I should've been charged $108. So that's pretty sketchy. And I can't get a hold of anyone to discuss this... so there's that. Overall: good clinicians. Bad business model. read more

Expect to spend HOURS in the office and keep up with all co-payment receipts. On my January appt, I paid a balance 4 times my co-pay due to a reconciliation of my account. Today, two months later, my office visit was two times my co-pay due to account recon! The billing specialist can't keep up with payments. On each visit, I wait at least 45 minutes to an hour after seeing the doctor in order to get lab work done or check out. Expect to spend 3 hours minimum no matter what you will be seen for. I spent a lot of money and time trying to get some health answers and, while I hate to say it, this "medical center" is definitely a scam. I paid over 4k for a treatment plan -- I'm using this term very loosely because I haven't actually had any treatment. My appointments have been extremely chaotic each time I go. They never know who I am, why I'm here, what the treatment plan is, etc. Progressive medical seems to think that a treatment plan is shilling their expensive and dubiously effective supplements from their in-house store. I haven't actually talked to a single provider that seems to know what they are doing. I am still waiting on test results from January. No one calls me with updates and the front desk staff seems highly annoyed whenever I call to make an appointment. Unfortunately, I think I have to admit I've been duped and I'll need to make a complaint to the BBB to warn others of this scam. read more
