The space is small, with only 2-3 patients there at a time. Appointments are 30 minutes, done in curtained bed areas, and focused on manual therapy. I worked with Jay (aide) and Jannie (PT) and enjoyed working with both of them. One thing worth mentioning, not as a criticism, is that most of my sessions were with a PT aide rather than the PT directly, who mainly handled assessments. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, and I think it might be common in clinic settings? but it did leave me wondering how comprehensive my treatment was. I also had trouble getting clarity on specialty services.
