Grout Medic has come out three times to fix the recurring issues, but their response time for warranty work has been slow, which has been frustrating. Most recently, the grout has come up again for the fourth time within weeks of the most recent repair, and it took a few days to get a response we had a no show and then a reschedule to get the repair complete.
