I ordered 2 salads for delivery and upon receipt we noticed no dressing either on the salads or separately. We called and spoke to manager Madison and she apologized and stated they would credit our credit card for said 2 salads. Upon several days, no credits reflected so I called and Madison said she would look into and call me back. Today reflects one week from second call to Madison and no call back nor credit to charge card.....they apparently do not care about customers nor do what they say they will. read more

Especially parking in back and going to the back door and whatever. ... except I really wasn't sure where to park, until I saw the signs, which weren't actual parking spots so it was a bit odd. Pizza was good but not amazingly memorable enough to want to get it again anytime soon. Staff was friendly. read more

I have never complained about rising prices, however a small dill pickle pizza with about two blocks of cream cheese on it, 8 thin pickles on 4 slices, all of the going rate of 15.99 plus the 4.99 delivery is ridiculous and not even edible...never again! read more

This place is HORRIBLE. Missing items from orders, one pizza cold, other pizza warm at best, sausage not cooked, etc. Granted, we have only ordered online but they cannot get the orders right. Isn't delivery why most people get pizza? And when we call...waste of time. Never again. read more

Ordered a small deep dish pizza and cheese bread. Both were good. The ham was cut in cubes and we really enjoyed that, the mushrooms were fresh and not canned. Good crunchy cheese crust corners. Worth the price, cost less than some chain pizza places. They only negative thing is it's located inside Johnny blacks and on a Friday night parking was bad. read more

We wanted to try a new pizza place and this didn't disappoint! I ordered the BLT pizza and it was pretty sloppy by the time it for here but really good none the less. I also got the kids a cheese only pizza and that was delicious! I shouldn't have better off the regular path but it was something different. Next time I'll try their margarita or dragon pizza! read more

Food was really good. I was very disappointed with the service though. We ordered a large multiple pizza pick up last weekend. They forgot to give us one of our items. I called the restaurant and they offered to let us pick it up. I told them at that point I didn't plan on driving 30 minutes back to pick it up. I asked for it to be refunded. I was told there was nothing they could do because I ordered on their website. I reached through the ordering website as well as through the "contact us" section on their main page. I was never contacted. This was the first time we ordered and I suspect the last time. Update-5/14/21 The manager reached out to us and was really helpful. Top pizza in the area HANDS DOWN. The crust is well fermented and crunchy-chewy in all the right places. We get the alfredo sauce square with broccoli and roasted red pepper (Well-done) and I will never go anywhere else. I'm hooked! Just try it and you'll agree. read more

Place has a great atmosphere, tv's, keno, nice looking bar, friendly waitstaff inside of Johnny Black's. However, if you are looking for a supreme pizza with lots of toppings, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a supreme pizza with little to no toppings and is expensive, this is the place for you. Pizza does have an overall good flavor but stick to the no toppings pizza since that is what you'll get anyway, even if you pay for more. Ordered carry out; two pizzas, wings, cheese bread and a Italian sub. Got home to find out they forgot the sandwich and the toppings on one of the pizzas was wrong. I called and spoke to the manager who apologized and said they were training staff. It really makes dinner on a Friday night after a busy work week unpleasant when someone doesn't get their food. I don't usually double check my orders unless I'm going through the McDonalds drive thru. The wings were good. The pizza was mediocre and the cheese bread was doughy. Jets is better. read more

Wow! I wasn't sure what to expect for our first order but the whole family is now on record as saying this is our favorite pizza in the area! Generous portions combined with high quality ingredients and fun themed pizza make this the best Detroit style pizza we've had. The cheese bread is also awesome especially the jalapeño version. We will be ordering pick up again very soon to try something else on the menu. Had the polish pickle and prohibition pork. Both were excellent. Highly recommend their pizza. We tried the Detroit style square pepperoni and the Margherita from the Orion township location, and both pizzas were absolutely fantastic! It was hard to choose a favorite. The crusts were crisp, and cheeses flavorful. Will definitely be our go to take out pizza spot from now on. read more

I will rarely take the time to leave a review . . . . unless something is very very bad or very very good. In this case, the pizza was great. With all the competition and choices available in the pizza space, this place really stands out. Definitely a must try for all the pizza lovers out there. You will go back.
