Former customer for years, here. Won't ever go back. Was sold a faulty pen. Came in to attempt to exchange (which I'd done on two separate occasions under previous management) and was told they couldn't because it was over 7 days since purchase. I let her know that I didn't know it didn't work until after that timeframe as I'd had supply at the time of purchase. She said they wouldn't exchange. I said you can just give me a new one. No again. I told her that I can go down the street (another shop 2 blocks away) and take my business elsewhere if they didn't care about customers. The girl's ( prolly 25 years old) response "Good luck". New management doesn't care about customers. As a take away, I drove right down the street. Let them know what transpired and they said if a product doesn't work, we will just give you a new one. If you want the same quality of product and better supervise from someplace who cares about their customer, go to Sweet Flower down the street. read more

The good is that everybody is very knowledgeable. The bad is that they are not always well stocked. And honestly why they don't show you the out the door prices from the onset instead the sticker shock as your leaving, is beyond me. read more

Unfortunately I have to leave a poor review . Went there to buy some concentrate and the selection for budder is poor . When I finally found a badder I liked , I looked closer and found out it was made in 12/22. YES THIS CONCENTRATE (ROSIN TECH) was 9 months old being SOLD AT FULL PRICE WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR SIGNAGE ABOUT SITTING IN THE DISPLAY FOR SIX MONTHS GETTING STALE AND THE TERPS DISSIPATING MONTH AFTER MONTH . Please check manufacture dates on their concentrates, I found that over half of them have been sitting in their case over 9 months ! The MANAGER WOULD NOT COME OUT AND SEE ME AFTER I ASKED WHY THEY ARE TRYING TO RIP OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SELL THEM JUNK EXPIRED BUDDER AT $80 a gram ? Needless to say this place is terrible and really expensive ESPECIALLY for expired product ! My 14 year old dog is unfortunately nearing the end of his life with cancer and my vet suggested THC with CBD in addition to his regular pain and other medication to improve his quality of life and when I say Vet-CBD has saved his life I really mean it. Unfortunately, the product seems to be popular and was out of stock at the dispensary I had been getting it from and so that's how I ended up at Project Can Studio City. When I called to make sure it was in stock Alex answered the phone and was very polite and knew the inventory well. He was equally helpful at the store and friendly along with everyone else which isn't always a given in any retail store. Their pricing was on par/a little less with a sale than other stores in the area as well, All in all it was a great experience and I'll be returning when I need more! read more

We have been coming to this dispensary for years- It's changed hands and vibe several times over the past few years. (I miss the days of parking lot parties with elote & shaved ice on 4/20 lol) But I recently had a problem with a couple of my disposable pens- I contacted the pen company and they were really unhelpful. I sent them photos of the original packaging and everything (like they asked!) and they ended up not emailing me back, and deleting their instagram?! So sketchy. But when I contacted Project Cannabis, they assured me they'd make it right. AND THEY DID!! Susan (one of the Managers I think) was soo kind and understanding. They replaced the items I was having problems with. I am so grateful- and have never had problems with items purchased here before. Thank you!!! read more

I went here for years. Studio City was my jam. I dropped about 200 a week. I buy vapes and often they Wont work. I came back in to change it out before driving an hr back to my location. The employee would not let me speak. She informed me sometimes (the new vape) they need to be charged. I asked for a replacement but she went to the back and proceeded to charge it. I peaked around the side and was informed by another employee to calm down (I had said nothing but hello) and that she was working on it. I then said I could not wait. Again he informed me to "calm down". At this point I did become upset. Four people in a dead store and this lady is gonna have me wait while she charges a vape I just bought. I was angry. I said so. They laughed at me. Laughed. I spend 600. a mth there. You can look it up! I bet your boss is not gonna laugh about it. In a culture where people have 23k followers on social media and collectives are literally every fourth building? Good luck. You a lost a loyal customer who for two years never got upset until you 3 idiots. Figure it out. read more

I was a brand new customer trying this place for the first time to purchase my edibles. I ordered them over the phone and chose curbside pickup. When I arrived, a young girl came to my car on the opposite side, and before I could say anything she told me to wear a mask, but I didn't have one since I was IN MY CAR BY MYSELF AND PICKING UP OUTSIDE. This girl was not merely suggesting, but lecturing me that in order to interact with her I had to put one on IN MY CAR. I thought the whole point of curbside was so you don't have to deal with the public and not wear a mask. I go everywhere using curbside service and have never been told once to put a mask on in my own vehicle especially since we are outside. Trying to tell your customers what to put on your face while you are in your own vehicle is no way to keep them coming back. The whole world has gone crazy and some people just simply like to boss others around. F her, and F that location. Lame. read more
