I love this place so much!! All vegan and all delicious! Everything I've got here was really yummy. I've been 2 times. They have a bunch of small pastries and you end up buying so many it's amazing getting to try so many different ones instead of just one big pastry. Their savoury pastries are so good too!! I can't wait to go back

It was very hard to choose what to get here, so I pretty much got one or two of almost everything! My favorites were the cookies and jam-filled pastries. The brownie and brookie were a little dry and too hard for my kid and I to eat, but I'm sure popping them in a microwave would help. I also really liked the pizza pocket as their dough was very fresh and soft. I think I would prefer more pocket options without faux meat, but that's just a preference. The pizza pocket had pepperoni pieces, but it wasn't overwhelming. I think the biggest drawback is that my son and I had to try everything in our car before going back in to buy more of what we liked, as they don't have indoor seating. I think if you want to potentially increase sales, a couple of tables and chairs would really help, as customers can sit and enjoy, while deciding what they may like more of, since many things bite-sized. I understand it's a new business, and perhaps tables and chairs may not be an affordable option right now, but I hope it's something to consider for the future. We also had to go next door to use a bathroom. Not a deal-breaker, but with kids, that can be a struggle. I drove about 30 minutes to try this place so I didn't want to leave and come back for the items I wanted more of, but I didn't really enjoy eating and spilling crumbs in my car either. Nevertheless, I would love to return as I really did enjoy most of the items. The employees were very nice as well!

Went in to try this place for the first time and the "owner " was very rude!!! Didn't help me at all and started arguing with me when I questioned why didn't I get service. Don't go here and support a place like this

All the sweets are delicious ! Best part they are bite sized so perfect to get variety or for parties. They are so great at custom orders and a few flavors change every day so it keeps it exciting! Would highly recommend....

They make the best cookies you've ever had. They're "better than sex" good. If you haven't gone you definitely should check them out. 5 stars because that's all I child give them.

Service was great, my first time visiting this bakery, and I must say the sausage and cheese roll is tasty. Definitely coming back!

I went to eat at Ross J's and saw this bakery next to it. Well I found out that they are owned by the same people. So I had to try the poi mochi here. It was pretty good for the price. Wouldn't mind coming here and trying something else.

Came to Project V Bakery late on Friday afternoon. As I write this I wonder why vegan places always name themselves something obsure or odd without obvious diclosure of the veganism. Is it to encourage normies to come inside, like a trap? Like, don't be put off because we are vegan, we are still good? That doesn't do them the favor or a vegan new to their business, say, just driving by to be ablw to identify they've just found the holy grail of vegan fare. It seems prevelant among vegan establishments. Anyway once you understand all of the items for sale contain no dairy or animal product its just a matter of coming in any day from 8AM to 4PM except Mondays (Kanye said closed on Sunday but they're closed on Mondays). The Straberry amd Blueberry danish were the top favlrotes along with mini lychee cupcakes. The ube danish and cookies a close second. I will have to come back to try their in house hot pocket type snacks!

An expanding concept combing Japan's Glutinous Rice Flour with sweet American toppings, though less to the extent of many, it is inside Suite 116 that guests will find Waffles, Malasadas and Pon De Ring amidst 90's icons drawn Simpson's style and video games. Trendy but not excessive, both branding and the products themselves more restrained than the shop itself, prices trend close to those of Mama Chai's and Mochinuts while toppings such as Creme Brulee and "Circus Cookies" taste as they aught over dough that is stretchy yet light. Not testing the Waffles this time, instead a birthday delivery for six, youthful staff suggested Malasadas made fresh to order and overall quite good, though the Chocolate filling seemed a bit too acidic in comparison to that which tops the sprinkled Doughnut.

We ordered the Ube Cake online, and the slice hit the spot perfectly. The cake looked beautiful - nice tall layers of soft, moist purple ube sponge cake with thick white cream filling, a creamy yellow custard-style center, and finished with whipped cream on top. The ube flavor was well-balanced: that signature nutty, earthy sweetness without being overly sweet. I've had great home-cooked Filipino ube desserts before. While this is clearly a fusion bakery version, it still captured the comforting, celebratory vibe that ube brings to Filipino tables. It reminded me of the festive sweets you'd find at family gatherings or parties back in my wifes home country. The online ordering was convenient, but the pickup instructions could have been better. The pickup area is on the same side as the drink pickup, which caused a little confusion during a busy time. Service was otherwise fast and friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and prices are reasonable for the portion size. If you're in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and looking for a quick ube fix or any of their other Asian- and Filipino-inspired pastries, this spot is worth a stop. The ube cake was definitely the highlight for me. Would definitely grab another slice next time I'm craving something purple and delicious!

Both their drinks and food are consistently great. One thing that really stands out is how much they seem to care about quality. They even use ceremonial-grade matcha, which is rare to see at many boba spots. They also have some really creative drinks, like the Thrilla in Manila, a mix of coffee, coconut, and ube that somehow works perfectly together. Their boba always tastes fresh and soft, and I love that they can customize the sweetness level for almost any drink. Whether you're in the mood for Thai tea, fruit drinks, coffee, or even a banh mi, they have a little bit of everything.
