Took my daughter into the Urgent Care on 11/22/23 . The staff was very friendly . The doctor was exceptional. My daughter has multiple autoimmune diseases . Before the doctor came in he had reviewed her medical history , medications, allergies , past X-rays , etc . in MyChart. They had a stat reading of her chest X-rays . He checked all medication allergies , past reactions to meds , etc . before he ordered her antibiotics . Thank you for the wonderful care my daughter received. read more

Went in Sunday morning at opening time. Filled out required paperwork. Was called within ten minutes. Had vitals taken by Justin. Was attended by Mark. Both performed very well at their jobs. Was given prescriptions which they called in for me. Picked up prescriptions and proceeded to do as instructed by Mark. I could not be happier with Promedica Oregon Urgent Care. Tim C. read more

I took my son there this morning and to say they were rude is an understatement!!! The receptionist had me fill out my freaking life history of paperwork then proceeded to tell me that NEITHER of our insurances were accepted‍HOW is that even possible when we've been here beforemy suspicion is they double dip, charging the customer after saying they don't accept their insurance then still filing a claim so money from customer and insurance companiesleft and went to St. Charles ER and were treated AMAZINGLY respectful and professional!!! I don't recommend this urgent care specifically because of PA Holly. She was rude from the moment she entered the room. She asked my husband why he was there. He explained his symptoms. Then she said "but why are you here? Do you suspect..." She then asked if the medical assistant ran any tests. She provided inaccurate information (said she'd prescribe Tamiflu if my husband was within the 48 hour window and when we pointed out that he'd been sick maybe 36 hours, she said get "in trouble" for prescribing Tamiflu because my husband was in a "healthy age range.") She then said that the medication would cost us hundreds for just a few days relief (also inaccurate on the cost of generic Tamiflu, which is $139). She then dismissed him with "maybe you'll get the flu shot next time. Out to the right. Have a nice day." The reason we went to this urgent care is that wanted we to get in for care within the 48 hour window in the event he did have the flu. Instead, we received customer service that we would never tolerate in any other business. Fortunately, we called our family physician next, went to that office and my husband was given the appropriate medication per protocol. My copay for that was $5.00. There are some people who shouldn't work with people. Being a PA or other professional (I have around 13 years of college and multiple degrees too) doesn't give you the right to treat anyone as less than best. Sure, we weren't dressed in business clothes. One of us has been pretty sick. One of us also has no problem filing a complaint. What improvement would I recommend? Be nice next time. Don't ever assume that the people you deal with are less educated or less worthy than the best treatment possible. read more

I've been to this urgent care a few times and there's typically a long wait which is to be expected. But today was the first time I've been medically gaslighted. I work in the healthcare field and presented my symptoms and Jason Paducha APRN-CNP completely dismissed them and sent me on my way. Very unprofessional. read more

I was there on June 2 Dr. Brittany and her staff were so excellent stayed past the time they were supposed to to take care of me.. I highly recommend going to the Oregon office to be seen. They literally truly do care and I want to thank you guys so much. read more

Abrupt bedside manner, I had to ask more than once for a prescription which should have been offered up front. Then the nurse practitioner (Holly) said "well I gave it to you, didn't I"? ... when the patient is paying over $100 for a 5 minute evaluation, I expect the practitioner to cover her bases thoroughly instead of having me, the patient, have to advocate for myself. Since she appears to be unwilling to do any better than snarky, I'm positive I'll get better service and treatment elsewhere from now on. Addendum: Turns out the prescription was written for the wrong side...because care and attention to detail is not her specialty. :-/ read more

I'm appalled and extremely disappointed. Holly has the worst bedside manners I've ever experienced! She is rude and non-compassionate. I have so much more I could say but won't. I'm writing this review in hopes of saving someone else from a poor experience in the midst of not feeling well. Go somewhere else. read more

Visited here on a Sunday morning for the first time. After filling out the required papers, I was seen promptly. Receptionist was very nice. The assistant placed me in a room, took history and was very nice as well. The professional seeing me was a Nurse Practitioner and she did a short exam and told me the results of a test they had just taken. She gave complete explanations of my condition and to followup with my PCP after a week. Medications were called in to my selected pharmacy and I picked them up on my way home. Would definitely use this Urgent Care again although I hope I don't have to anytime soon!!!! read more

I went to this urgent care for a severe cough and headache. When I got there I sat down and it wasn't a long wait but when I got in the nurse was very rude. I told her my symptoms and she literally did not believe me. She insisted that my throat was sore and as I told her four or five times that it was not. So they swabbed my throat to test for strep (which I had no symptoms of) and I told her I have a cough so I'm sorry if I cough on you and she said "you better not because that's rude" which I'm sorry but you are shoving a cotton swab on the back of my throat, I won't be able to control it. Overall, the visit I had today was terrible and I'm not pleased with how I was treated. read more

Worthless doctors...son went there for stomach pain all they did was feel his stomach take his temp and was told they could do an X-ray but he might as well go to ER what's the point in an urgent care if they can't address issues. read more

Not happy with this urgent care at all. I grew up in Oregon & the urgent care that was here before this one was 100X better!! Every time I've come here very slow service. Takes about 45minutes to an hour just to be called back. read more
