They have you on hold, you hear other conversations, they hang up on you, and there's no follow up. And I'm still waiting on my son's glasses. The eye doctor was okay, but the staff here has made me not want to return or recommend to family and friends. I would take the prescription and go else to get a pair of glasses.

LeRon (I hope I am spelling this correctly) was a total sweetheart! She helped me from start to finish! Store isn't huge, but their inventory is amazing! I have searched in so many other places with double the amount of glasses & found nothing! I walked in here & actually found so many pairs! My dilemma was narrowing it down to two. I was actually buying two pairs: 1 for readers & 1 for distance. She measured, was honest in her opinions & so absolutely patient!!! I paid. They called when my glasses came in. Sadly the two pairs didn't work out, but it wasn't their fault!! My eyes just had issues. Absolutely no problem whatsoever they assisted me to change them into progressives! It's so refreshing to do business with nice people!! I've been in a few times! Busy days & slow days and each time they are consistent with their professionalism! This place deserves more than 5 stars!! I will only buy glasses from them as well as recommend them to family & friends. I just left, dice the glasses was missing a screw. I guess she had to get back to her phone call. later that day went down to Broward mall same company, the young man was so gracious and said he would try to fix them for me. Guess what he did, he replaced the screw. LensCrafters you need to have your staff realize it's the public that keeps you open and there is a lot of competitors around. staff needs to be trained.

My concern arose when I requested my pupillary distance (PD), a standard measurement, so I could purchase an inexpensive backup pair of reading glasses online. I already own prescription glasses from this office (both distance and readers), but was simply looking to buy additional low-cost pairs to keep in my car and gym bag. I was told that PD is "specific to each office" and would not be provided. While I understand that practices are not required to measure PD for online purchases, refusing to share an existing or easily obtained measurement felt unnecessary and inconsistent with patient-centered care. It also felt less about policy and more about discouraging outside purchases. I've purchased glasses from this office in the past and fully intended to continue doing so after my next appointment. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my trust in the practice and ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. I'm sure losing one patient won't significantly impact this practice, but experiences like this are often what quietly influence how people choose where to place their trust. I won't be returning to this office.
