Adam was amazing at coordinating all the many jobs to be done. We are so pleased with the work, Mario did such a thorough job, he works hard and with precision. The concrete driveway and curbing came out so beautifully. We love our new DG pathway with the mower's edge curbing. They filled our horseshoe driveway with 3/4 crush rock and we've gotten so many compliments from our neighbors. They installed an automatic irrigation system, which makes life much easier not to have to worry about turning water off and on. We opted for single trunk Crepe Myrtle trees in every color available. They all look great and have acclimated well to their new home, even in this heat. The work was completed in three weeks. Fast, clean, reliable workmanship and just a fine young man in charge of multitasking and handling it all. There were a couple of minor issues that we easily worked through. The nursery does offer fair pricing and a wide selection of plants, which I appreciated. However, customer service--especially at checkout--is just as important. The perlite is about 4cu ft and it beats anything you'll find at the hardware store. It's such amazing quality and quantity for the price. They essentially have everything you need for whatever you're growing. He recommended the minimal things I needed and the products didn't break the bank. He let me know where to place it outside and how long the growing process was. I'll 1000000% be coming back whenever I need more stuff. The only thing I didn't like is that the prices aren't posted. When I I arrived at MEM Nursery first thing when exiting my car was a friendly looking gentleman by the name of "Miquel" he introduced himself and immediately started asking questions what I was thinking about for my yard and educating me what I needed as opposed to what I wanted because of the area that I live in. From there on, it was a match made in a big Ole Green House... lol! The service was great! He happened to be the owner, and MEM Nusery did the whole installation at my home. The issue I am having is what I ordered and what was received card totally different. I spent $150 I purchased the rosie rapture and an upgrade. What I recall that website saying the update was why just get one bouquet when you can get two bouquets. So to me I'm thinking I'm going to get the same bouquet I purchased again. That is not what happened at all. So for 40 more dollars I got two big white flowers three pink roses and three unbloomed bulb looking things added to the rosy rapture. It's ugly. I know my girlfriend I sent it to said she liked it is okay you know because she didn't want to hurt my feelings but it's not at all what was supposed to be sent I should have just stayed with the Rosie rapture bouquet not did the upgrade the upgrade was horrible and I am very upset and disappointed that I put 40 more dollars into five more flowers and three almost flowers to be added on to my already $75 purchase. Needless to say I will not be using them again and I will not refer to them out to anybody. I offer a suggestion that maybe describe this upgrade a little more in depth or detail as to what happens and instead of adding some weird flowers maybe add some more of what's already in the bouquet that would have been great I would have loved that she would have loved that.

I was extremely happy with quality of the work and wanted them to fully inclose the rv carport they installed. I was told on two occasions and installer would be here over the weekend and no one showed. I moved trailers around expecting them only to find out I wasted my time. We had agreed upon a price and date of install and now they don't return calls. Several neighbors and friends commented on how good it looks but I can't give out a referral on someone that doesn't follow up. They will do a good job for you just don't expect them to come back and follow up with any additional work.
