I love Pronails, the pedicures are amazing! I see Jamie as often as I can, she really takes her time and cares that you get the best treatment. Her massages are amazing and they last a lot longer than other places I have been. (Which is the main reason I get a pedicure). The products are really good, they have lots and lots of colors to choose from, the massaging chairs are amazing, they always have a full stock of beverages, the music is relaxing .... I can't think of any reason to leave more stars. I got the upgraded mani pedi, I should have saved my money. Please note they used cuticle cream to do the " callus removal". And no lotion at all with the manicure. The massage and scrubbing lasted about 3 minutes. I still tipped, but I will never go back. read more

Let's start with the positives. This is one of the cleanest nail salons I've ever been in! They offer drinks which is a nice touch. They got me in fast too. I went in for a pedicure and my toes turned out nice. The staff was friendly as well. The one negative is the employee grated my heel too much. He grated my heel so much I am left with two small patches where my heel has been rubbed raw. There were a lot of positives so I would consider visiting this salon again but would request a different employee. read more

Gave them another shot and I regret it. Sns manicure was mediocre. The polish on my toes is why I will not return. The lady didn't paint my entire nail. When I said something she said I'm the professional I know what I'm doing. Obviously not if you let someone walk out with a pedicure looking like that. My daughter and I decided to try the new ProNails in Circle C. That was a great choice. Everyone there is a professional. Their policy of lining the pedicure chairs and the care they take with their instruments makes appealing for those who fear the transfer of fungus and infections. I got my first shellac manicure that included wine, soft, music and comfortable seating making it a really wonderful experience enjoyable experience. The staff is concerned about everyone's comfort and wanted to assure a good manicure or pedicure. Leslie the owner also does waxing and I have not had it done better anywhere. Now my entire family and several friends have joined me in making this our home for getting our nails done. Water was extremely hot and when I asked for it to be less hot, she made it cold. She spent only a few minutes on the massage, which was terrible. She was very rough and she hurt me. I had to get up to leave. Very stressful. read more

Yeah!!!! I've lived in SW Austin for 6 mos and have finally found a great nail salon. Coming from Dallas, I have been highaly dissatisfied with the "budget" style salons in SW and NE Austin that are packed with chatty women, budget priced, questionably clean, and not particularly nice. Pro Nails is just the opposite. It's very clean, upscale but not so much that you are paying more than you should, and highly accommodating. Vicki and Jamie did a great job on a gel manicure and pedicure - so great that I won't go anywhere else. I was supposed to arrive @ 5:45pm. Not knowing where I was going, I was 15 minutes late. I was worried about a compromised service since they only had an hour before close. No worries. They welcomed me with warmth and kindness, offered me a much-needed glass of white wine, and began their work. Vicki delivered an amazing pedicure on my highly -neglected pieds...I could barely feel my legs they were so overwhelmed by the glorious tingling of the scrub, cooling of the masque, and warmth of the warm towels and hot stones. Meanwhile, Jamie was hard at work providing a strong, wonderful hand massage topped by perfect application of my gel manicure. I can sum it up in one word.....FABULOUS!!! Thank you Vicki and Jamie for delivering such a great experience at a fair price and so close to home. read more

Love Pro- Nails @ Circle C. Never much of a wait . However, I usually make an appointment because I have certain manicurists whom I prefer. Amy (nails)& April ( toes) always take good care of me. It's clean inside. Large nail color selection. Complimentary beverage- love the mimosas! A variety of different types of mani/ pedi combinations. Brought my sister in law here to have mani/ pedis before my son's wedding and we were very pleased. Have since brought the bride and she was very happy with hers as well. Highly recommended. * I've only come during the week so can't testify to weekend rush but my neighbor has come on a Sunday and it was fine. read more

I took my daughters in for a pedicure. The staff barely spoke English. They talked in their own language most of the time. The pedicures were really expensive for just ok results. I will not go there again. I was uncomfortable and I felt like the staff were talking about my family. I really did not enjoy what was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure!!!! read more

I really wish i could say something good but i simply cannot. I decided to try this place out due to the convenient location and my lady at my regular salon ( D'ZIRE NAILS on William Cannon Dr. THE BEST!) being on vacation for a month and well TERRIBLE IDEA. They took several minutes to even acknowledge my presence when i walked in and then when one lady FINALLY looked up from her pedicure yelled across the room at me to pick a color and sit down. Immediately uncomfortable. Then waited a good 15 minutes before anybody else acknowledged me to let me know if would be another few minutes. AGH. I would not have even stayed in the first place if i knew how long the wait was. they need to let people know UP FRONT and see if that's okay. Ridiculously unprofessional. Anyway my complaints continued as i was finally rushed back and just when i thought id be able to relax from there things only got worse. I sat in the chair at a table waiting for another good 10 minutes and then a lady finally came to help me and literally kept going back and forth between my manicure and a little child's pedicure across the room! I WAS FLOORED. Plus she was extremely grouchy never asking me anything nor treating me as a PAYING CLIENT (tip out the window there) and was rough too. Most painful manicure and least relaxing one of my life! needless to say i will never be back nor recommend to my worst enemy. read more

I was a loyal customer here for over 4 years and I think that Jamie (I believe she is the owner) is incredibly nice and very customer service oriented. I went in today as a walk-in which I have done for 4 years and asked for a pedicure. I picked a color, got in a chair, and a technician started taking my polish off. Not 3 minutes later, a woman with an appointment with the technician I had walked in and I was told that I would actually have to wait about 20 - 25 minutes now as she had an appointment and got priority. OK - I have no issue waiting, but don't put me in a chair, start my service, and then turn around and imply that I am not as important and tell me I have to wait. If there was someone coming with an appointment, then just tell me there will be a wait. I was told they were "short-staffed." This isn't the first time something like this has happened, but I've brushed it off in the past. I'm finally over being treated rudely and will be looking for a new nail salon in South Austin. The quality is OK here, but I did notice that they recently raised their prices - definitely worth looking for a cheaper option! read more

My daughter goes here regularly and I've been a few times with her. Since I have recently moved closer to my daughter, I decided to switch to them! First, they hand you a menu of mani & pedi offerings and you select what you want. That's ok - most salons in the area do that. I wanted the basic mani and "special" pedi and it was going to be $50 (basic mani & pedi combo is $45 + $5 for the upgrade on the pedi to the "special"). No problem! First, the attitude just stunk with most of them. But, fine! I sip my wine and turn the massage chair on and wait to be pampered. When it was all said and done, I was charged $70! They said that I said I wanted the $35 mani and $35 pedi, which I did NOT and I didn't even receive! The pedi wasn't any more than the basic with an added exfoliating scrub. The $35 pedi is suppose to include special treatment for hydration or aging skin or whatever you select. I didn't select any of those and didn't receive them! Plus, the pedi wasn't even good! She didn't file or cut the dry skin around your toes and barely even filed the nails! The mani was "ok" and the manicurist was at least nice, but not for the prices! When my daughter and I went a few weeks ago, they charged her $35 for a child's mani and pedi and charged my daughter-in-law much less for my other granddaughter. After reading the reviews, it seems that they overcharge ALOT and that can't be chalked up to mistakes! It seems more like a scam to me. Especially since the manager has a "care less" attitude about it. They won't get my money anymore and I'd sure get the prices up front if you decide to use this place! read more

My mom and sister were in town for a quick visit so I called to see if they could accommodate 3 people for mani/pedis. They said yes even though I asked for an appointment with only 2 hours notice. I then had to call and reschedule after my mom didn't feel well. They were still completely accommodating and so warm and gracious during our services. I only came here bc my other nail salon had an hour wait & I didn't have an hour to wait. Upon arrival I realized that the price for a shellac mani was $5 more here. No biggie, I hoped the experience would make up for it. When asked if I wanted something to drink I requested a water. Instead of the full size bottle most salons give, I got a mini bottle like you give to a child. The tech was nice but even though I told her I did not want a nail trim, she proceeded to file all my growth down to where it would've been had I gotten the trim anyway, and on top of that as I left, I realized they were all shaped very jaggedly. I also did not like that they used a UV light as I prefer LED for safety reasons. I won't be back. read more

Not a fan. Opted for a good old fashion full set pink and white acrylics. Nothing crazy just wanted something I didn't have to bother about. I asked for square round shape to keep it simple and I asked that the nails not be too thick. She prepped my natural nails and it went downhill from there. After she put on the tips she didn't even ask how long I wanted the nails she just cut them down. They were shorter than what I was going for but I decided I could work with them. The white acrylic she put on was so uneven and you could still see the nail tip on three of my nails. She said I could fix it next time....So she just expected me to leave the salon with the job have done... I asked her to fix it now and she said it would make my nail look stubby, and I said I just wanted by nails to all be even. It turns out she wasn't capable of fixing it because they still looked horrible after her attempt. The pink part was fine but the shaping & buffing, ugh. 3 days later I still have scabbing around each nail. She was so ROUGH. Even after me saying "ow" and asking her to be more gentle. I bled several times and all she did was put lotion over the blood... The shaping was crooked and she said it was because my fingers are crooked. Aren't everyone's fingers shaped differently? Why can't the nail be straight if you shape it right? After she shined it I could still see the scratches from the buffing. My nails looked so bad. My hands have never looked so stubby. I'm extremely disappointed. And it was $45 dollars! Way too much for that crappy job. Never going back. read more

I usually love this salon. My mom comes here a lot and always gets shellac and it always turns out great and she always has a lovely experience. Usually I get shellac here too and a few times that I've been they have cut my cuticles when giving me my manicure. Usually not a huge deal, as long as said cuts don't get infected, but still not appreciated. This time I decided to get a full set french manicure. I didn't get the full manicure experience and my nails did not turn out well. There's bubbles in my nails, they're not straight compared to my fingers, and they still cut me. My skin is not that thin. The lady who did them seemed to be very rushed and was not very careful. She kept jerking my arms when I would set them down while she wasn't working on that hand. I would not get acrylics at this salon, but shellac is just dandy. read more

Highly Recommend and would love to give 10 stars if I could. Pro Nails is by far the best nail salon I have gone to. The service is wonderful, all the nail techs are so sweet and friendly and they all do such a great job that I can't even pinpoint a favorite! I like that the place is small, quiet, intimate and play peaceful music but are always ready to handle a walk-in and won't trick you like a lot of salons into a long wait by getting you pre-soaking (stuck) in a pedi chair while you wait and wait for actual service, (my biggest pet peeve at many other salons). The salon is always extremely clean, equipment well maintained and they use very sterile practices. I think you get a lot of bang for your buck! They will accommodate you if you are pressed for time, without compromising the quality of your experience or the look of the finished product. And if you have the time, they will give you a top spa experience that is very soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend their shellac mani (which they have more colors than any other salon I've seen) and the lavender cucumber pedi is incredible! I will never go anywhere else again. DO NOT GO HERE. I went to ProNails to get acrylics done. Within the next day, one of my $35 nails ripped off while trying to open a bag. Nails shouldn't be that easy to break. I went to go get it fixed which they did. By the next day 2 more had ripped off from a high five and another while tying my shoes. At this point I was very frustrated so I went to the salon to get my money back where the lady said they would take my nails off and give me my money. The man took them off and then told me to leave so I asked for my money. The lady tried to scoot me to the side so the other customers wouldn't hear. She told me that I was not getting my money back. Now I was pissed. She told me that it was my fault that my nails didn't work which it completely incorrect because I've gotten these for 2 years now and decided to try this place for once. I regret that decision. After telling me that I had paid $35 to have nails for 2 days, they proceeded with trying to charge me for the removal. I refused so they scooted me out the door and were horribly rude to me. I ADVISE NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE IF YOU WANT A QUALITY PRODUCT AND GOOD SERVICE. read more
