So I requested they send the other 2 parts, and send the last parts when they come in. I did not even request a credit for the missing part. THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT DO THAT. Wendy Dimas and Alex Fattore both failed to correct their Small Engine Pro Dealer mistakes. They had a hard time understanding and acknowledging their (Company's mistakes). After TWO MONTHS wait, there was no air filter I paid for, Echo stickers were folded up damaging them to destroyed condition, I got a large heavy engine cylinder that they labeled as an air filter. I have spent hours working on a solution but they won't send my part I paid for without me working on fixing their mistakes for them. Cheaper is never better! Was then lied to multiple times telling my my items shipped, when actually they had just printed the label, and never shipped my parts. Do NOT use these people. I ordered a part and it never came. When I sent emails they were bounced back as undeliverable. The phone cuts off after a ring. My credit card company deleted the charge but these guys put it back on my card. Red flags went up when we read the name, and also provided very little contact information, but wanted you to provide all your personal information while placing an order. Terrible Customer Service...Ordered a Part for my Mother-in-Law on a Thursday. My Mother-in-Law decides to buy a new lawn mower over the weekend. Call this "Company" first thing Monday morning because I see the part has NOT shipped. Did I mention Terrible Customer Service? Customer Service Rep, I spoke with ensures me the order is cancelled and I should receive and email and a credit back on my CC. Did NOT receive an email so called again the next day (Tuesday). Ordered a group of reasonably small, common chainsaw parts (plastic oil pump drive pinion, other similar) for Husqvarna 338xpt (and that series) chainsaw (common arborist saws). Checked status on Monday afternoon - "awaiting shipment ". Same results all day Tuesday. Filled out contact form - no reply. Asked bot to explain why no shipment - no response. Finally today, Wednesday early afternoon, I tried the toll free number - no longer in service. Googled street address and found number for Pronto Mowers. Called and was given incomprehensible explanation of why they have it in stock but haven't received it from their supplier. WTF?!!! Person with barely acceptable Latin accent says it will ship in 24-48 hours! I repeated that back to him and asked if that was correct. He said yes. Thanked him and ended call. Then I read all the extremely negative reviews on Yelp. Business operating several different websites and it sounds like most people have had similar experiences. Con Artist Rip Off. This company is a scam. The web site is made to look like they have every part imaginable in stock, when in fact, they have nothing. I placed an order on May 15th, they took the money from my account the next day. A week later the account status was still "awaiting shipment" so I tried to contact them. Surprise, the only way is through their web site contact form, from which I got no answer to any of my (4) attempts. Finally found a confirmation e-mail from when I placed the order and replied to that threatening to cancel the charges on my card and got a reply stating some of my items were on backorder and should ship on May 29th. The 29th came & went and it is now June 11th, no replies to further emails, no status change on my order and no parts for my chainsaw that is still apart on my bench. I found the charges on my bank account with a phone number (561)488-5555 and called, only to get voicemail for a place called Pronto Mowers, and guess what? This company is extremely unprofessional. To begin, I ordered a part off of their site, and they have a minimum 50$ shipping charge added regardless of what you order. So I placed my order. 10 days later I got an email asking for another 100$ for shipping or they couldn't process my order. At that point I told them to cancel the order because that would put them being one of the most expensive places to get the part I needed. A day later I got a response email that said basically, "Hey, no problem. We understand and will cancel the order and refund your money." This was the last time I heard from them. 2 weeks later and my order is still active on their site (so not cancelled) and no refund. They haven't responded to any further inquiries and their help chat is never online, despite their website saying it is online from 8a-5p Monday through Friday.
