Below is a copy of what I submitted to the Better Business Bureau The package arrived damaged. When I contacted the shipper I asked for a replacement to be expedited and the shipping to be refunded. I included the same pictures I have included with this complaint. They told me in an email and over the phone that it could not be expedited nor would they make it right by providing a refund. Their website is deceptive by making the public think they are getting parts from Briggs and Stratton but they told me over the phone that they are just a dealer, but a deceptive one.
