I used to eat at this restaurant all the time, but they got new management and the quality has significantly dropped. I used to call and a very nice gentleman would take my order and had no issues with my substitutes due to my allergies. However, the new manager was rude to me on the phone and charged me an additional $3 for a substitution without even telling me it would be an additional charge. I would put up with the rudeness if the food was as tasty as it used to be, but sadly that is not the case. Don't waste your money. read more

And it was definitely an extra large - this pizza was HUGE, you could probably feed a family of 4 on just 1 pizza. However, everyone has their own preferences in pizza - some like it greasy, some like it cheesy, etc. If you're into VERY cheesy, and VERY greasy pizza then you'll love Pronto Pizza Express. Personally, I'm not into that type of pizza which is why I've gave it 3 stars. I might go back another day and check out their pastas and subs and if I do I'll add an update to the review. read more

Yet I couldn't help but express my disgust with that nasty greaseball I consumed the night before. I spent the night with heartburn and uncontrollable puking in the morning causing me to miss work. for YEARS I've been ordering from Pronto. at one point some of the employees knew me by name. i even used them for my daughter's bday party and ordered like 20 pies. they were literally my favorite pizza in the area. but lately. it's gone straight down the drain. the pizzas are flimsy (even if I ask for well done) they're greasy, cut terribly. the crust is covered in bubbles. the dough and cheese quality have changed for the worse it seems. and the service which was great when it was all guys at one point its pretty crappy now though. point is this used to be my go to pizza spot and now I'll order from anywhere else before I order from here. Ordered the Italian Sub, which was supposed to include onions but came with none, had way too much bread with just a few thin slices of meat including just one pepperoni. So, I just ordered food from Pronto Pizza. I spent a total of $70. I placed TWO orders only because I forgot to tip on the first one. I tipped 25%. My second order was a cheese lovers pizza. When I opened the box, it was full of sausage. I can't eat sausage because I am a vegetarian. I called to explain I received the wrong pizza and the man who answered the phone said he couldn't help me... That I needed to call grub hub... I ordered it through Eat 24... Apparently sausage is pre-selected on the app. I didn't know. I've been in the biz for 10 years. I've never seen such HORRIBLE customer service. This is something that was not my fault. The man told me there was nothing he could do. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said there was no manager there. I don't write bad reviews. After a 12 hour shift, I was so hungry and now I'm not even hungry anymore. Pronto Pizza, your customers are what keep your establishment together. I was a Long time customer of this establishment and loved their food and convenience of their delivery service Plus I always received a 10% discount with every order because I am an FIU EMPLOYEE I would just show my card to the delivery man and no questions asks Until last week ! I will never order from them again The woman that took my order made me feel rushed and as if I was bothering her I had placed a big order for my family that included a large pizza ,pasta dishes, salad , dessert and drinks And when I told her to please add my 10% she said no I asked her to contact the manager she said no And continued to say no and no and no That she had never provided customers with a discount over the phone so I canceled the order and her business lost a 40 plus dollar order that afternoon and a great loyal customer not only me but my whole family We would order pizza there at least once every other week I was so upset that for a 10% discount that I always had received this woman who was just rude lost a sale Plus they have a record of sales because when I you call pronto they know your phone number and address she should of been able to see that 10% was always given to me- I am sad that I can no longer order from there because I am tired of employees treating their customers as garbage! We were actually looking for another pizza restaurant and we unable to find it. So we decided to eat here. At first it seemed a little awkward. The place looks like a little Caesars with Latin flavor! The pizza on the other hand was amazing. The staff was nice and the place was clean. They could use a better taste in decor( but it doesn't really matter). What I'm trying to say is don't judge the place by its lack of good taste in decor. The margarita pizza is the best. I am so disappointed in their delivery service. Do not order from Pronto's pizza after 9 PM because God forbid they make a mistake they will not correct it. I ordered two anti-Pasto salad's with red peppers and a pepperoni calzone, I received two anti-pasto salads with NO red peppers and a meat lovers calzone. When I called back to tell them that they made a mistake on the order she said that the driver would bring us a brand-new pepperoni calzone. I asked how long it would take she said 10 minutes, after 30 minutes I called back she answered and pretended like she couldn't hear me so then I kept calling and I called about 10 times and to the point where she would just hang up as soon as I called. Today I ordered a special that was on their menu, pizza with 2 toppings. How hard could that be? Apparently very hard . it took an hour to get here. pizza was cold and I only had one of the toppings. I called and ask for a manager and a woman that answered the phone said she was. I highly doubt it because she had to put me on hold to figure out what they offered me... the offered me new Pizza but wanted the wrong one back.
