First time ordering from pronto pizza express. It took over an hour and 15 minutes from the time I ordered to its arrival despite being told it would arrive in 40-45 minutes. By far the worst pizza experience we've had in a long time. The mozzarella sticks were still frozen and the breading was soggy and tasteless. They were inedible and had to throw them away. The margarita pizza was equally as bad. It arrived so cold the cheese had congealed and hardened. It was tasteless with virtually no sauce or any olive oil taste that you'd expect with a margarita pizza. Needless to say we wouldn't spend the $30 for this meal again - I'd rather any chain pizza over this. I'm willing to admit that I may have just had a bad experience. But that's all I have to go with. Over one month ago I ordered a dinner from this Pronto Pizza location. The online system showed a message after payment was made that stated my order was cancelled due to a problem with their system. I called the 305.554.5555 number and inquired about the problem. The person who stated he was the owner's son and told me that a problem with the system resulted in the cancellation and that I would receive a refund on my card. I ordered the same items and paid cash on delivery, including a tip for the delivery person. My card was never refunded and an additional $4.03 charge was added to the original amount! Not being a Florida resident, I was grateful to find a pizza place to deliver food. I had ordered from this Pronto Pizza location previously and there had been some minor issues in the past which the owner resolved quickly and professionally. I had spoken with him on the phone a few times and he was clearly well versed in great customer service. I was never able to speak with him about this issue. Subsequent phone calls made to the business were taken by the "son" who was unprofessional, surly and verbally hostile to resolving the problem of me being charged and paying twice for one order. I waited patiently hoping I would eventually speak with the actual owner. Every time I call to speak with him I am told he is not there by the woman answering the phone. The first week after the incident she put a man on the phone who claimed to be the owner but had a different voice than the owner. This type of duplicitous behavior and the double charging is beyond acceptable for what had been a reliable place. read more

I hope the pizza doesn't taste as bad as the service. The woman taking my order had a hard time hearing me I had to repeat myself several times only to find out that there right in the same shopping center where I'm at right now she had to transfer the phone off to the manager he did a very good job by the way I might order again we'll see how the pizza goes read more

This is by far, my favorite pizza place in town. If you want New York style pizza, this is definitely the place. The pasta is so exquisite, with such great texture and the sauce is just right. Nonetheless, the customer service is prompt and everyone is very polite and willing to help with whatever you need. Spoke with one young lady that was so respectful and recommended for me to try the lasagna. I ended up doing and it was so delicious definitely recommend it to everyone. read more

I ordered a pizza by phone as a gift for a family. They got there and said nobody open the door. Instead of calling me they threw away the pizza. When I called the restaurant, customer service was horrible. The owner Ramon called me because I told the employee that they need to give me my money back. He called from a no caller ID # to yell at me saying that it wasnt their fault, he called me a liar and he said he wasn't gonna give me my money back. Horrible customer service. I assume they must have remodeled, but I came here for lunch with my mother, and we shared a sub and a Special pizza. Both were quite good and the service was pretty decent. Never quite get it right. I've had deliveries take nearly two hours (even though it's under 5 minutes from me), when I went to pick up they didn't start making my order until I got there, and while the pizza is usually decent today it was awful. Dry crust, tough, and greasy. The garlic rolls were disgusting. After eating two slices of a large and 1.5 rolls the entire thing went in the garbage. read more

Really enjoy Pronto Pizza and the only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they have messed up a delivery order twice. But the food is usually on point. The only thing I got from there that I didn't go "wow" over was the meat lasagna, it was, in my opinion, very mediocre. However their pizza's do shine, especially the Alfredo Sauce with ham & pineapple. It is sooooo good. I also very much like their garlic rolls. The salads are usually very good too. read more

My coworkers and I were loyal customers of Pronto, until recently when they started to get my order wrong. After three consecutive mishaps, I called and requested a refund due to the food being wrong (again), and the associate at Coral Way stated she would put the refund through. When I called back the next day to speak to a manager because the charge wasn't reversed, I was given another number to another location. The "manager" was rude and disrespectful, even to the extent of raising his voice and screaming "I don't give away free food." The charge has been disputed with my bank, and I will spread the word about the HORRIBLE level of service experienced with this company. read more

This place is 5 minutes away from me and I placed an order and it took over 1 hour to get! And on top of that the order was wrong! I called the place and the manager made it seem like it was my problem and he wanted me to return the pizza so I could get the correct pizza. I told him no and then he said that he would send me the correct pizza and it would arrive in 10-15 minutes. It arrived 35 minutes later! And then the delivery guy told me to keep both pizzas. I was surprised (but usually every decent place does this). After, people started to eat the wrong and right pizzas, the driver returns and calls me. He tells me that the manager wants the wrong pizza. I give it to him but is missing slices. He doesn't care. I hope they gave it to the homeless. The pizza dough has no flavor whatsoever! I never like to leave a bad review on costumer service, but this guy during the week of hurricane Irma was SUPER rude (looked like the owner with the way he was treating his own employees, I felt so bad for them), he was charging more for the pizza he said he wasn't offering ANY specials that are always offered. They had A.C & their was no other costumers there some kids that bought food from them told the lady that was packing their food don't worry we are going to eat here and the guy jumps in and basically screams at them saying are you crazy you can't eat here go eat outside(it was 89 degrees)! He wouldn't even greet people as they walked in (they would just walk right out) I understand people are tired and frustrated during this time but he had just opened and only had 3 customers inside the store! if i could give them a negative score i would've ordered from them a few times they tell me 15-20 minuets,i went to pick it up after 45 minutes because last time i ordered i was there for 30 minuets waiting after taking 30 minuets to get there and after taking 45 minuets to give them time they were just popping my pizza into the oven.i ordered delivery once they told me a half hour to 45 minuets it took them an hour and a half to get to me.there service is terrible ,they should be called snail pizza.i don't recommend this place to anyone unless u have time to waste. read more
