Amazing poke spot. Busy for a reason. Super friendly staff and tons of options , you build your own bowl exactly how you want it. Fresh, fast, and hits every time. Right across from FIU. Definitely coming back.

I absolutely love this poke place! I have been going to them for 5+ years (before it was called J-Petal), and I always get the same thing: Spicy Krab & Shrimp Signature Bowl. Sometimes, I treat myself to a Mango Bubble Tea with Tapioca Pearls, and they are both delicious. Even after moving further away from it, I still sometimes drive out of the way to get it if I am in the mood for a poke bowl. If you want to spice it up, I have bought sushi paper rolls, and I put my poke bowl into it to make a burrito. Although I mostly get my order to go, the place is nice and clean, and there are always tables available. The team is nice and always helpful, and it's super easy to order to-go meals from their website. The place is in a plaza. So, there's always free parking available.

Had the medium sushi rice bowl with tuna and salmon and pretty much every topping available! What a deal for such a large quantity! Not to mention the quality here is top notch. I love coming here for a feast! Belly is full and I am very happy. Will return again. Staff is always friendly and welcoming!

One of my favorite places to visit when I visit. The poke is always fresh. I always order the salmon and have never had a bad experience. Though there was a recent price increase from the last time I went. The staff are friendly and patient. There is a variety of toppings. I decided to order eel last time I went and was delighted with the quality. It is made fresh to order and coated in a thick sauce. A hidden gem that needs to be added to anyone list.

In a city that has more than enough poke restaurants, it is pretty hard to stand out but Hawaiian Poke is up to the task. When I want poke, they're really poor thing that I look for. First the ingredients, whether it be the fish or the vegetables or even the fruit must be fresh and full of flavor. They certainly checked off that box. Secondly, there must be a variety of mixing and toppings that will complement the fish well and add to the overall taste. They check off that box as well. Third, there should be an array of sauces to satisfy any palate and as one who orders my poke on salad, I prefer one that is sweet and one that is spicy. But most importantly, the two must compliment each other so different. Fourth and finally the presentation should be one that is visually enjoyable as the flavor. Winner again. And yes, there is the usual value for my dollar and excellent service that are necessary to round out the experience which are expected at any restaurant and here they succeed as well. Until I stay with absolutely no hesitation that this is truly a stand out Poke restaurant with delicious food presented exquisitely with wonderful service in a very clean and comfortable restaurant that is so packed with flavor that you will want to return again and again. I know that I do. Five star all the way

Hawaiian Poke is a great bang for your buck! It is situated right bext to campus. Their serving size is massive and you are able to make your own bowls. I wasn't able to finish my bowl so I kept it for a second meal. They were easy to find and there was a lot of parking since they are located in the plaza. There were also a lot of seats available. The ambience was similar to a fast food where you order at the counter and they call your number when your order is ready. Their service was very quick and the food was very fresh. I would go again!

Ok so Im obsessed with! Delicious poke, quality ingredients and lots of edamame and avocado!! Thanks for that! I will be coming back. YUM!

My go to spot when I am craving a Poke bowl. I love the medium sized bowl because it can feed me for two meals, so I get lunch and dinner! The employees there are quick, efficient, and kind, and one of my favorite aspects is that avocado added to your bowl doesn't cost extra!!!! I always get a sushi rice bowl with tuna and all the delicious fixings on top (edamame, carrots, seaweed salad, etc.) the restaurant itself is also very clean and cozy if you decide to eat there rather than take to go! I have yet to try their crepes, but I do love their bubble tea! My favorite is the taro and the matcha for a perfect afternoon pick me up! Highly recommend Hawaiian poke it's the best!

Food is so good, tastes fresh. So much food for such little monies in my opinion. The service is great. The place seems clean. Would not get the spicy tuna protein though really bland and all spice.

I've never frequented a spot more than I frequent Hawaiian poke. I bring everyone I know here & literally refuse to get poke anywhere else. Most fresh & delish poke every single time!! They don't play

Ordered some food off uber eats and got a poke bowl filled with so many different things, with a taro boba tea, banana chocolate chip cake, a bag of chips and a flan. It was all pretty good. The boba was a little watered down but that's probably from the Uber drive back, the ice must've melted. All in all, the food was delicious and the portions were pretty big and very affordable. Definitely would get food here again

I have been going to Hawaiian Poke for four years now, and their food is always amazing. Their service is always quick and they are nice. The establishment itself is pretty small, therefore I usually get orders to-go, however it's very clean and casual. Every time I go, the employees are nice and the food is always good quality.

I had actually arrived thinking that there was a happy hour or an all you can eat option, but neither existed, even after I researched online extensively, so that was a huge disappointment. I had to search hard to find rolls that weren't laid full of cream cheese, which, to me, essentially means "here is a roll with cream cheese to mask all of the icks flavors of the subpar fish that we are actually serving you and do not want you to be aware!" I ordered some nigiri, which tasted old, not fresh and on rice not treated correctly. Need I remind the YELP! Community??? Sushi is actually referring to the treatment of the sushi RICE and NOT the fish or ingredients on the nigiri or roll! So in this sense, Miyako Doral FAILED. I will admit, that this was one of the first sushi places that I had gone to when I first moved to Miami, not knowing the abysmal notion of what sushi is interpreted to mean here in south Florida. YUCK. Thank you for letting me know. SUSHI HERE SUCKS! Unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for true, pure and traditional types like at Omakai, ELYU or Shingo. Just. YUCK. I am from MN, a land locked state, and yet I know better sushi than the majority of locals here in SoFlo. I am really, and truly sorry for those of you who think good sushi means "cream cheese cream cheese cream cheese!"
