SO GOOD! Came back to the Tri-Cities and had to hit this place up. My Diablo shrimp tacos were so delicious. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, the veggies and mango on top were so fresh, and I loved that it was only 1 tortilla per taco. Maybe you'd want 2 but I loved just 1 because it felt lighter. The fries, ok, it could've been crispier. That's my only complaint. The cheese sauce on the nachos is like crack btw. I can drink it. The view from the restaurant on the third floor was very nice. The menu offered several options from burgers to salads to tacos to fish and chips. There were four of us for dinner and we ordered the hamburger, the tacos, the fish and chips, and the spicy chicken sandwich. It was rather hard to order from the menu because it's quite dimly lit inside the restaurant, but we managed. We did order a couple overpriced cocktails at $12 and $13 each. They were OK but nothing to write home about or order again. The restaurant was very noisy and it was difficult to have a conversation, even at our small table. The food an exceptional amount of time to arrive to our table. As for our meal, my chicken jalapeños-Sorrento pepper relish sandwich was fabulous , so I overlooked the wimpy french fries. The Husband's fish and chips were greasy and placed on top of the wimpy french fries, so his fries were not only wimpy but greasy. My granddaughter enjoyed her burger; it's hard to mess up a burger. And our daughter enjoyed her tacos. All in all, the food was so-so and I don't think I would return. This little gem is off the main strip through town, and is in a little strip center. There is. Speakeasy next door, which is rad! This spot is small but mighty. There are several beers on tap, mostly local, and the drink menu is top notch. We order two chicken sandwiches to split and both were just ok. I think the ration of chicken to toppings was off. Our waiter was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. She came around a number of times and checked on us. The service was very welcoming. The food we ordered was decent, It did not blow us away but it wasn't anything that would cause me to rave about. Our disappointment came in the 'service charge'. There should be some apparent notification of intent well before you receive your bill with that 'hidden gem' tacked on. If there was some kind of sign it was not apparent. As for a service charge, this is a service industry, the charge is in the pricing, change the menu. I do feel this is an underhanded way of extracting more as a surprise. read more

Excellent dinner experience on our first visit here. Service was great and the food all very good. We got the nachos as an appetizer and they were very flavorful. For dinner I had the Pork Belly Tacos. So good! Others had the Proof Burger and the Southwestern Burger. Both were pleased, very busy restaurant and we enjoyed it very much. read more

It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive and the waitress did not come and check on us. It was not busy in the restaurant. Food was lukewarm, when it finally arrived. One of us had steak tacos. They were cold and the 2nd taco on the plate had a curly blond/grey hair in the steak. The hair did not match any of us at the table. There were 6 adults and one child in our party, so they charged us an 18% gratuity AND a $3 "customer service fee" for NO customer service! Unbelievable! read more

The food was great. I had a steak salad, which was cooked perfectly. The problem is we came in for lunch and it took over an hour to get our food. It also was very expensive for what we got. First off, Linsey was outstanding. We had a group of 8 and she handled our unruly crew with ease. I ordered the Honey Pecan Shrimp bowl and it was the absolute most wonderful bowl I've ever had. The shrimp was seasoned so well, there was plenty of it, and they loaded the bowl with lots of delicious fruits, veggies, nuts and more. been in town off and on since February and now I'm King of Kennewick! but it's time for this guy to go home so we stopped in here for a farewell dinner and idle chit chat on the balcony... got here at 7:00 and it was still ripping hot so we took a table inside to start. they haven't any coffee so it's just icy waters as we figure stuff out... jalapeno honey wings plus guac and chips arrived shortly: slightly zippy sticky sweet wing sauce required much finger cleaning but I managed to not ruin my shirt :-) guac disappeared before picture time and still no coffee :-( next came two variations of burgery goodness and a salad: my wakeup burger, sporting a fried egg, was slightly huge but still manageable after I cut it in half the long way. gotta love golden yolky goodness dribbling down a small pile of honey cured bacons... blue print burger looked a hot mess and was consumed in two stages to avoid complications. meanwhile drew tucked into his salad with gusto and another glass of something red. we retired to the balcony afterwards to enjoy the light dry evening breeze and the smoke-assisted glow of sunset. read more

The menu here is phenomenal. I particularly enjoy the wings and the honey Serrano chicken sandwich. Burgers are great here as well. We happened to be traveling through Kennewick WA and were lucky enough to stumble across this gastro pub close to our hotel. We were first attracted by its 3rd floor location. When we got there, we also were lucky enough to be seated in the patio! We enjoyed warm weather and watching the sunset while we had our drinks and dinner. My husband had a couple glasses of a local Octoberfest that he really enjoyed. I sipped on a strawberry basil drink made from cucumber vodka. Quite good!! We weren't really sure what we wanted, we weren't starving, so decided to split a couple of things. First we had some pork nachos. A bed of homemade chips created the base for a nice stack of goodness. Pulled pork, black beans, queso, cilantro crema, and some other goodness on top. Delish! Then we decided on one of their epic burger choices, the southern bbq burger. A really delicious burger patty was topped with more pulled pork, Alabama white sauce tomatoes, cheese and some tiny but mighty Serrano pepper slices. A side of sweet potato tots were a nice compliment. Hannah our server could not have been sweeter or more efficient! We really enjoyed our chat with her as we finished our meal. I went to get my favorite item on the menu, the taco truck tots, to my disappointment the owner decided to remove tots and replace them with fries. Apparently the tots are too expensive and they hand make their fries. The fries are Meh at best. The tots are where it's at! As someone who eats at Proof three to four times a month this is crazy! I would always sub my fries for tots because they were superior in every way. I almost always love everything i have here, I get food cost go up, charge more, don't take away a superior item from the menu. This place is literally the only reason why I wished I lived in the tricities. The food & the service here are immaculate. I literally came two days in a row bcuz of how GOOD this place is LOL. I usually hate ordering bowls at restaurants but this place has perfected their honey pecan shrimp bowl. It's tangy, crunchy, sweet and has all the textures you want in a salad. The French fries here look like they're cut in house and they make these delicious sauces for them, I got the black garlic aioli and my taste buds were literally crying tears of joy. The passion fruit lemonade was amazing and tangy, and the following day I got some virgin strawberry mint drink that I wish I could remember the name of and it was also sooo delicious. The ingredients here are fresh & high quality. The service here is really quick even when it's busy and the people that work here are SOOO nice. Can u guys plz open a location in San Diego? Disappointing. The food was good but... we had a 6:45 pm reservation but had to wait until nearly 7 pm to be seated. The service was excruciatingly slow. Eventually (~15 minutes later?) the waitress came for our drink orders (we ordered our food at the same time). Then we waited a long time to get our drinks... then even longer to get our food. Indoors, the restaurant was very loud, although this was not unexpected, considering the venue. We were able to hear each other talk, but it was a bit challenging at times. By the time we left, the crowd had thinned out and it was much more pleasant. read more

We were visiting for a lacrosse game and weren't expecting much in terms of good food, so this was a nice surprise! Basic ambiance with no frills. I imagine their patio is decent because it's on the third floor but it was closed. Service was good. We had the hangover fries to start, which are rich, but a good appetizer portion for the 5 of us. We got the ahi bowl, the pork nachos, the Proof burger and the pork tacos. Everything was exceptional! There aren't a ton of healthy options but the ahi bowl and power bowl give a couple. It's always a treat to visit proof. They have great appetizers, desserts, and main dishes. I usually get the proof burger with sweet potato tots - so yummy! They do craft cocktails here, and their menu of drinks can be hit or miss. I've had a many rosemary tom collins here, but their margarita is a hard pass. This place bust reopened after a remodel and menu overhaul. Hadn't been before, but it was nice when I went (March 2020). Food- I ordered the power bowl with shrimp vs chicken. Wasn't happy that it was an $8 up charge! That's way too much. But the shrimp was very large and delicious. The greens were fresh, but hard to get through with the thick farro and only the tzatziki sauce as the dressing. I would not order this again. Friend got a burger and said it was good. Sweet potato tots were small and delicious. Calamari was good, and unique because it was an assortment of fried veggies with the calamari. Drinks were nice, they have a full menu with pictures and ingredients. My complaint would be that not all the drinks list the brand of alcohol, and the waitress didn't know either. Seems like that would be a good improvement, or at least have the option to swap the wells liquor with a premium and to show the price to do so. Decor was cute and rustic, very dark though. Cute for a date night spot, but when it's dark out I could imagine some adults would have a hard time seeing the menu without a reading light. There are a lot of windows so this shouldn't be an issue during the daytime. Sorry for the dark pics, I tried to get as much light as possible. Waitress was nice and personable. She was still learning the menu, ingredients and rules for swapping ingredients so we cut her some slack (since it's all pretty new). Price-over $10 for entrees. I attached the whole menu. I'll be back for lunch today with clients so I'll probably add more to the review then. read more
