My wife has three times, on different day's, traveled to the Twin Liquors Store at 5401 South FM 1626 to purchase a very common Bourbon. Each time, with absolutely horrendous customer service told her that they were out of stock! There was also no suggestions on where to go at an alternative location to make the purchase. This is not the first time that this out of stock situation has occurred. If you have a business that only sell ONE PRODUCT, you would think that they would have some type of OUT OF STOCK PROTOCOL. I am no longer a Twin Liquors Customer and I will be taking my business to SPEC'S. My wife drove all the way to Slaughter Lane (SOUTH PARK MEADOWS) and they had 12 bottles of the liquor that I needed! IF YOU ARE SMART, DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE MINUTE OF YOUR TIME AT TWIN LIQUORS AT IH-35 and 1626! THEY TOTALLY SUCK!!
