Do not use this company! They have the most horrible service…read more Since 2020, we have run out of gas almost 10 times. Each time, we contact Pinnacle and they find some reason it's our fault. Not only is their always full program extremely confusing, they have removed us from the service 6 times. Each time I reach out, there's some new loophole I missed or an email about a credit check we never got... and every time we run out of gas, they charge us an extra $125 for a leak check. So I bought a new empty tank and weighed the difference. They were ripping me off by quite a bit. So I have now switched back to Collins. The guys at Collins are helpful and honest. The price is still less than doing an exchange at many places.
