They did fix my car but had to bring it back a week later because they didn't fix it. They had the nerve to charge me again. When I got home the horn decided not to work. Then it would just randomly go off. That's the third time in less than a month. Over 800$ I spent there now I have a broken horn. Humm what kind of scam are you running! Rip offs! I brought my 1985 Mercedes 380SL to Joe at Proper Service for tune up. When I returned to pick up car the staff had broken off a main bolt on the engine for A/C service. I have email Joe 3 times for Liability Insurance information but he is refusing to return my emails. He also overcharged my sister in a 1995 Honda and in his records kept sending me a service flier for a car that was not mine.
