I initially contacted Rich via email and his response was prompt, which I love. He was very flexible when choosing a day and time to come to our house and give us an estimate. Right when he arrived, I could tell he was a great guy in general. My husband and I got along with him great and probably kept him longer than he anticipated because we were talking his ear off. We did have every intention of getting multiple estimates but he wasn't even back in his car yet and I told my husband we were hiring him and I "liked" his Facebook page before he even backed out of our driveway. It's important to have a good feeling about someone doing work in your home and he definitely gives his clients that! We purchased our home recently and could not love it more than we do but it did not get the TLC a home should have over the years by its previous owners. There were a lot of "mistakes" in the painting and walls that needed to be "fixed". We had so many marks, cracks, and holes that needed to be filled and Rich is so detailed oriented that we didn't even need to point some thing out to him. When he came into our home, he was so professional, set up his equipment and was so careful with our furniture and belongings. The colors we chose weren't drastically different than what was there already but when he was finished he cleaned up his things and it looked like he had never been there. The only thing left behind was an amazing paint job. Our house looks and feels like new. Right down to every detail and edge the painting is perfect. Rich is clearly someone who takes pride and great care in his work. I would recommend him to anyone and am telling you, if you're looking for a painter your search really should just stop at DeLong Painting.

Idk if this was because she didn't take us seriously for our age or what. On several occasions when we needed house maintenance she gave the workers the code to our house lock without our permission and allowed random male workers to enter our home without consent and notice. Did not enjoy renting out from this company and would not recommend. I always found ken to be wonderful and helpful when talking to him but nancy is such an awful face for the company. I had him show me/us at least 30+ houses between MA, CT and RI. He helped my husband (at the time) and I buy our first home together in 2016, then later down the road when life happens and things don't work out, he then also helped us sell our home in 2018. Ben made what can be a very stressful process seem so seamless. We all had a few meals together, went on motorcycle rides and spent time together while Ben went out of his way to get to know us and what exactly we were looking for. When I sold one of my house I went with Badger , Inessa sold it the first day it went on the market for more than the asking price (and the seller's market was not that great), She followed through with all the paperwork and supported me all the way until it was finalized .
