They have come out several times in the last 3 years and I have consistently had a great experience. Starting with Mackenzie in their office - she is helpful, empathic (you know how challenging it can be with plumbing issues), and responds quickly and thoughtfully. I have worked with several of their plumbers, most recently John, and I always find them to be honest about pros/cons in any situation, extremely informative and focused on finding the best, most cost effective solution. Their work has been very high-quality and I am very happy with our partnership. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Totally disorganized, no communication with me or between the scheduling and techs that actually show up (when they actually show up and don't cancel). Avoid if possible.

Promised installation before Christmas, then moved install up at last minute. After install, no communications for a month until I requested an invoice to file for rebates/tax incentives. I was then subjected to an confrontational, offensive phone call, ending with a hangup, stating I had to pay the bill "according to the contract". How can you pay a bill without a proper invoice? The sales person Paige has no business doing customer interaction. Installation crew was competent and efficient. Office administrative stall was very helpful. My previous experience with Dunklee installing two ductless room units was good, which is why I went back to them. Never again, and neither should you.

Contacted D & V and they responded the following afternoon. They were prompt and very professional. They cleaned the outdoor unit and re-charged the system. All is good now. Never had an issue, there work is top nothch. have a hard time believing the negative reviews especially the one star review (Jim B) I always look at the persons other reviews and if they only provide negative comment it gives you an idea of the reviewer. I think there is much more to this story that he is not sharing.

He told me that in life I might need to call a plumber some day and you better know some basics before signing a contract with someone. He began to give me a grand tour of all the plumbing that A&L Plumbing did on the job site and kept telling me how clean, orderly, and efficient they are. Just from the looks of it, I would have to agree. Being in IT, I know when little things are out of place and its the little things that make all the difference. Let me tell you (not knowing much about plumbing), these guys had everything in place and in an orderly fashion. Properly labelled pipes, state of the art products and from the looks of it, had tons of experience in this area. I work with modern technology all the time and would have to say that when the Forman showed me around and what types of plumbing technology they were installing, I was blown away! I had no idea all the tech that is now involved within this area. I thought the profession was kind of behind with technology and sort of playing catch-up... I had no idea the setup they that was involved with some of the plumbing equipment. Remote-in with your phone to adjust the temperature of your water heater and analyse just about any stats you want? WHAT? Seriously, Yeah, these guys know their S#it. He began to tell me these guys are the ones to call even if I had a small plumbing concern and that they are the most reasonably price contractors around. In addition, handed me a their number on a scrap piece of paper, should I ever need them in the future. None, the less my friend recently bought a house and they happened to call them and they did all the plumbing in their house ha! Crazy! They began to tell me how nice of a crew they are and how efficient they were with the installation upgrades and their requests, that even they recommended them to me. That's twice now from two different sources that when the time comes for me, I will certainly call these guys and have them do all my plumbing needs. I would not feel comfortable having someone else do the work, when my closest friends tell me they are good. Seeing first hand what these guys can do on the job site I was working at, it is certain I will call them. I had to write this review because I feel they deserve a good review seeing how hard these guys work and the quality of work that it would be nice of me to express my thoughts online. Call'em up, it is better than going to the big overpriced box plumbers.

We turned on the system for the first time - no cold air. We contacted LOVEWELL and they were at our house the next day. They diagnosed our problem - whoever had installed the system did it incorrectly and we needed a new compressor. LOVEWELL contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the unit under warranty, we only had to pay to install the new part. LOVEWELL had the part shipped promptly and kept us informed as to its arrival date. I should add that this happened just before the 4th of July heatwave. Our 4th was cool and comfortable thanks to LOVEWELL. Going forward, LOVEWELL is the only company we'll call for AC & heating service and repairs. Nice folks and GREAT customer service.

He is prompt, thorough and works in an organized manner and is professional. His office is similarly efficient. Telephone calls are answered,and emails and texts answered promptly. We plan to use Lovewell Heating and Cooling for our ongoing maintenance.
